  1. That would be a great feature add, thank you! Getting better visibility on remote workforce in an easy to view format like the Vodia app is a great step forward. Cheers.

Hi the new reporting for ACDs in the vodia soft client is great and gives managers a really good up to date overview of the performance of a customers remote workforce without having to wait for the performance email to be sent daily. However the agents also get callback requests via email, and also helpdesk software. This doesn't register a callback in with the 'outbound calling' feature and they don't really want to be adding every callback request via the web UI. Is there an easy way for agents to ad-hoc dial outbound number and have these logged as an agent call (i.e. without having numbers pre-loaded into the callback queue)? Thanks in advance, Byron

    QR codes won't help a user log into their web app from their desktop either, which my users want to do. I don't want to be manually setting every web password and then manually notifying the user - instead I would like to be able to choose if we send web password in email. FWIW I have customised the domain email_welcome.htm to get this working again for my domain. <p class="cText">To get to your web portal log into <strong><a href="https://{ssi htmvar domain}">{ssi htmvar domain}</a></strong> as <strong>{ssi htmvar extension}</strong> and your web password is <strong>{ssi htmvar password}</strong></p>

Confirming SoftwareVersion: 63.0.1 (Vodia mini PBX (Debian)) Build Date: Apr 26 2019 19:08:14 License status Vodia PBX Standard 4 (Vodia mini PBX (Debian)) OK, have discovered after a full reboot (?) the serial console will accept root login using the password from the previously set Vodia admin account. Now that I'm in by serial I have found that the reason SSH isn't working for user root is because of the 'PermitRootLogin no' entry in /etc/ssh/sshd_config. Also, there are no other users on the IOP to login e.g. to match the 'admin' user in the Vodia app (NOTE: other than a mantnc account which I'm assuming is a maintenance account as it has some reset scripts etc in the home folder). Looks like options are to either: create a new Linux user to login as via SSH or edit the PermitRootLogin value in sshd_config to allow root login I think this needs a bit of tidying up - at the very least documentation of the serial access so users can fix this up themselves (hopefully this forum note helps others in the future). This particular instance is just for an evaluation but regardless of the overall low value of the device the additional time involved in gathering this information would have otherwise just negated the value proposition of the IOP if being used in production on a new customer site.
  7. Hello there, regarding the IOP appliance, I have searched unsuccessfully for info on what the default username / password is for both SSH and the USB serial terminal console. We have a customer who's IOP won't get DHCP and the logical thing to do is connect to the local serial console for fault finding however this doesn't seems to be documented anywhere I can find. Does anyone here know where this documentation might be or what the values are by default? Thanks in advance, Byron
  8. Having just deployed Vodia internally in place of another software PBX vendor the difference in audio quality for our IVRs and mailbox prompts is awful in comparison. At least 50% of our calls come via other HD enabled PBX's so some movement here wouldn't be lost on low quality PSTN or cellular calls.
  9. I'm also getting the same when trying to set a remote mailbox from an admin account. #djanjic did you manage to resolve this issue?
