  1. Just upgraded a SoHo to v5.0.8 (mini) and then wanted to create a (new) Vitelity trunk. However, in the drop-down menu within the Create service provider trunk (SIP trunks) section, Vitelity is not among the 44 providers available to select from. Would Vodia Networks entertain a request to have Vitelity added (1) to the Create service provider trunk (SIP trunks) section and (2) to the Certified ITSPs section on the snom ONE wiki?
  2. Has anyone been able to properly configure custom headers on a CallCentric trunk? I tried following the instructions in the snom ONE wiki, but whenever I attempt to make an outbound call, I get an "Authentication Required."
  3. You can find information on PnP, here: Plug and Play
  4. Did you manually configure the snom 300 or did you utilize PnP? Where's the PBX (on the same network)?
  5. In Extensions -> Email -> Send a mailbox message by email: Is "Send message as attachment to email" set?

    5.0.5

After upgrading to 5.0.5, are any tweaks required on the trunks? After I upgraded, I mysteriously can not make outbound calls anymore. Incoming calls work just fine. The two trunks that are having trouble are CallCentric and VoIP.ms. Luckily, I have a backup; but just wondering if there's something obvious that I'm missing?
  7. Was this fixed? I upgraded to v5.0.4 (snom ONE mini) and still have the following logfile entries: Dictionary: Item dom_accounts.htm dom_header_v5.htm#al en not found Dictionary: Item dom_sip_trunks.htm outbound en not found Are there additional steps/tweaks I need?
  8. For those w/o an Exchange Server, is the new ActiveSync feature in the latest release compatible with Google Apps for Business? If not, is there a way to achieve the same result, e.g. possibly through Google's Directory Sync (from Google: If you have an on-premise LDAP directory server, you can use Google Apps Directory Sync to automatically import users and groups into the Google Admin Control Panel. Google Apps Directory Sync is a client application that sets up rules for synchronizing Microsoft Active Directory, IBM Lotus Domino, and other LDAP servers with the Google Admin Control Panel. After creating your rules, you run the synchronization on your command line interface.)?
  9. Did this ever come to fruition?
  10. Looks like versions 4.2.0.3981; 4.2.1.4025; 4.3.0.5021; and 4.5.0.1050 are available, here: http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Release_notes More v4.5s are available, here: http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Upgrades Language Prompts are available, here: http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Language_Prompts
  11. Have you been able to register your snom320 to VoipBuster in the past? Can you copy & paste portions of the phone log?
  12. It depends on your operating system. What are you running? Otherwise, look in the snom ONE wiki section titled Where is the snom ONE working directory?
  13. Just wondering if anyone has ever set up an IVR to allow callers to schedule appointments? I imagine that this capability would be attractive to snom ONE users in service industries. I came across the idea while browsing the Google Apps Marketplace: eSecretary IVR Could something like this be implemented into snom ONE. I can guarantee that a lot of law firms, especially solo practitioners, would be interested in this!
  14. Are /22 and /23 masks something that can get added in an upcoming update/version? I've noticed that my AT&T U-verse broadband utilizes a 255.255.254.0 netmask.
  15. v5 supports 3rd-party phones. Check out: wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=3rd_Party_Devices
  16. You can find v4.5, here: wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Updates Or, in order to upgrade to v5, you first need to create an account and then download from here: snomone.com/versions
  17. If you don't mind sharing, where have you guys/gals been hosting your PBX?

    Snom Phone behind NAT

Am I understanding this correctly??? Would a separate port need to be assigned for each phone, on the customer's site?
  19. One thing to watch out for: I've read on various blogs/forums that some ISPs try to force their customers to use the ISP's DNS servers. AT&T U-verse is apparently notorious for this. While there are workarounds for these situations, LAN problems will arise if the router's connection to the ISP is reset, if great care is not taken when configuring the workaround.
  20. I can give you access. I'll create a user account for you & PM you the credentials.
  21. Has anyone been able to figure this out? I'd like to accomplish this, as well. I recently got SugarCRM Community Edition up and running on a GoDaddy shared-hosting account.
  22. There's another entry that also keeps popping up: Web Server: File dom_trunk_fields.htm not found Is that anything to worry about?
  23. Whoa, 20 ACDs seems like a lot for a small installation; especially when you could couple some ACDs with Auto Attendants. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
  24. Any chance that these features could be added, sometime soon????
