If a caller hangs up, the voicemail keeps recording and takes about two minutes before it releases the line. This is version 3.3 using an Audiocodes MP118 gateway to a PSTN line. How can this be fixed?

I suggest making it a configurable option for those who want the feature.

The people at Audiocodes gave me a recommended method. It requires entering a three digit number before the phone number, 201 for port 1, 202 for port 2, etc. How can I either set up SLA buttons on a Snom phone to send the correct three digit number or set up the trunks so that the correct number is sent?

How can the MP118 FX0 be configured so that each PSTN port is addressable as a separate trunk? I want to configure Snom 360 phones with SLA and want to associate each button with a specific line.

I have 4 Callcentric SLA trunks set up with Snom 360 and 320 phones. Everything works fine except that, if an extension picks up the trunk and hangs up without dialing, the trunk is not released for 60 seconds. If a number is dialed and the extension hangs up, the trunk is released immediately. Does anybody have a work around for this problem?
