    Hello- I have set up the following dial plan: 100 -> Trunk PSTN -> Pattern -> Replacement 110 -> Trunk PSTN -> * -> 120 -> Trunk PSTN -> 9[911|411] -> 130 -> Trunk PSTN -> 91* -> 1* 140 -> Trunk PSTN -> 541XXXXXXX -> 1541XXXXXXX 150 -> Trunk PSTN -> 800XXXXXXX -> 1800XXXXXXX I can make local calls, but I an not make long distance calls. I get a recorded message saying I need to Dial 1+the number. Thanks in advance for any help.
