Hi We just upgraded to 5, just to have the UC Client function! Now the problems we having, is -When calling a Contact, the call goes through pc and not via the snom handset (821, 300, 320, 710) -Mouse Scroll not working over the contact, you must hold mouse pointer over the scroll bars to work. -When adding contacts to "Frequent Contacts", and you click on "Frequent Contacts" to show, the scroll bars disappear -When handset(821, 300, 320, 710) is unregistered or unplugged the UC Client still shows contact is online. -There is no POPup on screen when a call comes in. We really need the UC Client to operate at 100%, please can Snom or Vodia Networks please help? Thanks Quintin Logical Wireless

HI its a plug and play setup from the server. i have pnp, 20 snom's 300, and 1 snom 370 pnp is done via there mac addresses. the codec i'm using from the patton gw to the users is ulaw. thx Q

Hi when a call comes in from the outside, and we place it on hold, and then off hold the caller can hear me, but we can hear him. i'm using the following Snom one plus system with version (4.5.0.1090 Epsilon Geminids (CentOS32)) Thx Q

Hi I found the Problem i deleted all my domains and only had one domain, then gave it an aliases of "localhost" and bob's you uncle, it all worked. Thank for the replay |Q
