  1. Yes. I had 7xxxx (for some reason) in my dial plan. I changed it to 7xxxxxxxxxx and it works. Thanks.
  2. Thanks. It didn't work. On the phone display, it look like it trying to dial a 5 digit extension. i.e. I dialed, 75036875309 My phone displayed " dialing 75036"
  3. Hi, I'm trying to setup our dial plan so a user has to dial a '7' to make an outbound call. Currently, I have: Pattern: 503xxxxxxx Replace: how would I set this up so if a user dialed 7503xxxxxxx, the PBX would see 503xxxxxxx Thanks.
  4. It's just the soundstation. toll-free used to work when I was using this dial plan: *00|*6x|*7x|*8x|*9x|*98xxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|2xxx|3xxx|4xxx|5xxx|503x xxxxxx|6xxx|7xxxx|8xxxx|911|971xxxxxxx but international didn't. I'll try |1xxxxxxxxxx| I guess.
  5. Hi, I was hoping someone knows about the Soundstation IP's dial plan. I'm using this dial plan [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|*xx I can dial long distance, but no toll-free(i.e. 800,866,877,888.) Everything else is working. Extensions, Local, and international. Also, the SPA942's on our system dial everything. Anyone have any ideas why the Polycom can't dial toll-free? I even tried adding |1800xxxxxxx and that didn't work either. Thanks.
  6. Hi, It looks like I got it to work. I checked the files in the pbx\html folder and the dialing plan for the polycom was totally different then the one I was using. I replaced it and it works. Here is the dial plan (it was labeled digitmap in sip.cfg) [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx| Thanks.
  7. Hi, I'm having issues setting up my Soundstation IP 4000 with international calls. It works with our Linksys spa942, but with the Polycom I get a fast busy. Does anyone have any experience with the digitmap for this? I suspect that is what's the problem. One thing I noticed about this phone is it takes the first match in the dial plan. My first plan was: *00|*6x|*7x|*8x|*9x|*98xxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|2xxx|3xxx|4xxx|5xxx|503x xxxxxx|6xxx|7xxxx|8xxxx|911|971xxxxxxx We have some extensions in the 50xx, which I can't dial. as soon as I type '50' it matches 503xxxxxxx. I only have a couple like that so I have added them to the dial plan. *00|*6x|*7x|*8x|*9x|*98xxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|2xxx|3xxx|4xxx|5030|5040 |503xxxxxxx|6xxx|7xxxx|8xxxx|911|971xxxxxxx Looking at the dial plan I would think it shouldn't have any issues. I don't see any other matches for 011. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks.
  8. Has this issue been resolved in a more current beta build? We are currently running 3.2.0.3144 (Win32) and want to get back to being able to have voicemails on the phone system without hoping callers hit #.
