  1. Under the registrations section again - Lines was set to 4 and Max. number of concurrent registrations per extension was blank. I set that to 4 as well and still getting 1 line. I when I log into the webui of the polycom, I can manually enter the lines.... Wonder why PnP broke for this piece? Eveything else seems to be working as far as PnP goes. I wonder if its the new Polycom firmware? Running: UC Software Version 4.0.3.7562 BootROM Software Version 5.0.3.1667
  2. Ive got a 5.0.10 ver box and im having a new issue with a Polycom IP 550. Under the registration section of the extension I set the 'lines' field to 4, but the phone only provisions 1 line. This has workeed in the past to add additional line buttons. Under the domain settings I made the max ammount of colines: 4. Im not seeing anything else that would cause this. Anyone got any ideas on fixing this via PnP? It used to work and I do not want to have to go to the web ui of the phone and manually provision the additional lines. Thanks. Sudo
  3. No, that was the default setting. I have not changed it.
  4. This is using TLS on port 5061. Any other suggestions?
  5. Where is this setting? Im running ver 5.0.10 and im not seeing it in the PnP section as denoted here http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=How_to_deactivate_TLS
  6. Im running ver 5.0.10. On http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Extension_Button_List under the "Agent login/logout:" section it states, "Once this button has been configured, the LED will light when the agent is logged in." I am having both issues with this. I have two phones that will not illuminate the LED upon login, and I have two phones that will not turn off the LED upon logout. These are all snom phones that have been PnP'd to the system (Bind to MAC). I think I remember something about the NOTIFY request for MWI. Is it the same for this Q status led? A pcap shows no sip NOTIFY requests, but I do see a CLASSIC-STUN (protocol) Binding request coming from the phone, nothing back from the server to these requests. At least not with the same protocol. One interesting note. Button 3 is configured for the agent login/log out. When you press this button, it dials the starcode and tells you that "you are now logged in". During this process, the LED for button 4 lights up. Once the message finishes playing, the LED turns off. Same for log out. When the message is playing, button 4's LED is lit, once the message has finished the LED turns off. The star code's are the same for agent login, log out per snom (*64) Any suggestions on fixing this button/led issue.

  8. I appreciate the suggestion, but as I mentioned before, this directory does not exist on my system. The service has been restarted.
  9. That's great! Any suggestions for the version Im running now? The "Offer Camp On" setting is disabled on the settings page of the domain. I tested this by creating a test extension, dialing another extensions vmail directly with the 8 prefix. I heard his personal recording and then the system came on and said to press pound for further options after recording or to press 0 for the operator. Nothing for a call back.
  10. So this has been fixed with later versions? Im nervous that these issues will persist after migrating the domain to a new server running ver 5.0.10
  11. Im not sure if this is an option on this old pbxnsip box (Ver 4.0.1). This is all setup on the general page and I dont see where you can specify the time the notice is being sent out. And Im not sure the correlation between when the notifications are sent out and an incorrect time on the CDRs Im desperately trying to migrate these domains and kill this server, but I keep getting these little issues that are taking up my time.
  12. Im getting my daily CDR reports and the time is off. The time on the server, and the timezone in the Domain is correct. Any suggestions on syncing the time up?
  13. Ive noticed something strange. I have a DID that I often use for testing. This number is obviously not owned by anyone and has been used on multiple domains. On the daily CDR report sent out at midnight, I see that my test DID is listed in the "To:" filed with the actual DID they are dialing in parenthesis after. e.g. TEST-NUMBER(DID ON DOMAIN). I should mention that at present, the test DID is nowhere on the pbx. The call log also shows the autocallback from the system. Seems to be consistently 10 minutes after the initial call. This is happening on 95% of the calls. This is on more than one domain. I would be happy to send a private message to an administrator so you can see the call log. This has to be a clue on why we are getting callbacks. This is a major issue and I need it resolved asap. Any help is appreciated.
  14. The problem seems to be with this one domain. The system recognizes the cell number cause I get the special prompt when I call the IVR. Im no where near my limit for trunks/domains/extensions per my license. Often times Ill use the same cell phone/snom phone for testing in all of these domains. Could that be an issue?
  15. I set call forwarding with the star code. When I call in, the call disconnects. I get an error from my phone provider and not the pbx. I did a pcap with call forwarding enabled and I get a 404 not found responding to the invite request . Why would this happen? Seems like twinning is not adding the cell number, and a straight forward is somehow voiding the extension. I really hope this is just happening on this test domain and not a production domain (all on the same server) as there are several forward in place.
  16. When I add the DID to the "Call forward all calls to:" field, the call fails. I get a busy signal back. The phone stays registered the whole time. Remove the forward and it rings normally.
  17. I need to have an extension ring simultaneously with the cell phone # associated with the extension. Not sure whats going on here. I have the cell phone number added under the redirection tab. It is set to include cell on calls to extension/hunt group/queues. Its not ringing out to the cell when the extension is called directly, or rang through a hunt group or queue. Im really not sure whats going on here. What can I look for in a packet capture that indicates the system is trying to call the cell? Is there a general setting I need to enable to forward out to cell phones? I have not found one.
  18. Bria seems to work well. The customer noted that he like the bria ui more than the xlite ui Bria is on the Andriod market as well. Thanks all
  19. I have a customer asking if there is an iPad softphone app that will work with Snomone. I believe that Snomone used to push the 'M9' softphone, but If I remember correctly, this has been phased out as the M9 is now a cordless SIP device. Is there an Apple soft phone app that Snom supports? Is there an Apple soft phone app that anyone has got to successfully connect and receive/place calls? We use X-Lite for our soft phones and apparently the makers of that also make an apple app called Bria. I would hope that it will work similarly, but Ive never used it. Thanks.
  20. RESOLVED: The issue was that the WebUI listed the RTP port range. I checked iptables and it did not have a rule to open these ports. I manually added the rule and now im getting 2 way audio. This appears to be an issue with the WebUI not updating iptables.
  21. The issue has been found. Even though the WebUI listed the https port open, iptables did not have a corresponding rule. These PnP requests were timing out. I manually opened port 443 in the iptables and PnP is working again. I was having the same issue with RTP. The WebUI listed a range of ports, but iptables did not reflect this. Im not sure why the WebUI is not updating iptables correctly.
