  1. I have a snomONE box setup with a pbxnsip license to support 3rd party devices. In this case Polycom IP 331. I have setup a domain. Phones register and are calling in and out. All good there... BUT - When you call voicemail, either by the message soft button, or by calling the extension number/starcode, the phone acts like it connects, but then it hangs, just sitting on dead air, never connecting. I then connected a Polycom IP 331 in my VoIP lab, connected it to the same domain and it connects with out delay, asking me for my pin and playing my messages What in the world could be causing this? Thanks in advance! Sudo
  2. Router is allowing SIP traffic. FQDN is resolving. I have the pbxnsip licensing so PnP of non-snom devices is supported. I believe that I have compiled the cisco config file properly and have placed it in the /usr/local/snomone/tftp directory. A pcap shows a register attempt met with a 404 not found, then tftp initiates looking for the file denoted in the pap2t WebUI> Registration Teb>Profile rule (snomonebox.com/provisioning/pap2t.cfg) These tftp requests are mre with no response from the server. A few questions. -I want this to register via http, not tftp - how do I go about this. I read something about creating a /html directory and placing the config files in there(?). -Why can't I just put the sip username and password into the pap2t and have it register? -In the provisioning url: snomonebox.com/provisioning/configfile.cfg - where is the /provisioning parameter looking for the file? The tftp directory? I know on the snomone gui under PnP there are some provisioning links, and there is a Cisco section but nothing for a pap2t. Only "Firmware 7961" and "Firmware 7960". If I need to make the change here, what is the syntax to point to the /tftp directory. I have not had much issue with other sip devices connecting, but I've tried connecting a Linksys pap2t and a Linksys spa942 with no success. Ive connected the same devices to an asterisk box with no issue - just added the sip un and passwd. Thanks again
  3. Does anyone have any specific info on configuring a Linksys PAP2T ATA to register with SnomONE? I have followed the steps on the old pbxnsip wiki (http://kiwi.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Linksys) and I am not getting it to register. Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance! Sudo
  4. Awesome - Thanks for the info One more question about logging onto the phones WebUI. The Username - Is it the account number, or the first name? Seems as though Ive tried every combination and nothings working. ~Sudo
  5. Where is the username and password for an established extensions web interface login? Under the accounts general information, you can set a sip and web password. My problem is that I need to access an extensions web interface and it will not accept anything. Ive tried admin/admin, 0000/0000, the ext number and web password, and nothing. Can someone tell me where in SnomONE I can find the web username and password to access a phones web interface. Thanks in advance. Sudo
  6. I keep getting a 403 response from snomone (Pic attached) According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes : "403 Forbidden The request was a valid request, but the server is refusing to respond to it.[2] Unlike a 401 Unauthorized response, authenticating will make no difference.[2] On servers where authentication is required, this commonly means that the provided credentials were successfully authenticated but that the credentials still do not grant the client permission to access the resource (e.g. a recognized user attempting to access restricted content)." Why is the server rejecting the connection?
  7. 2011-4.5.0.1050 Coma Berenicids (CentOS64) There must be an issue somewhere...Still on 'updating initial configuration' And what do you mean by "running the pbxnsip version with pbxnsip license". Im running a pbxnsip license on snomONE. thanks again.
  8. Version: 2011-4.5.0.1050 Coma Berenicids (CentOS64) License: pbxnsip
  9. I spoke with sales and apparently we already have the pbxnsip license. Im not sure what the issue is. I have followed the steps outlined here: http://kiwi.pbxnsipsupport.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=236 and the phone is sitting on "Updating Initial Configuration"
  10. I have extracted the necessary files to that directory and Im not getting anywhere. The phone just sits on "Updating initial configuration." Via HTTP: Packet captures show that the phone is requesting "login.htm" Never gets anywhere. Via TFTP: all traffic is coming from the phone - No traffic out from the server. Iptables has been modified to allow inbound and outbound tftp traffic. The polycom is set with a static server IP. Server User is ext@domain.com and the Server Password is the main provisioning authentication password. For testing purposes I have made the extensions SIP and HTTP password the same. Please help and thank you again. -Sudo
  11. Would you put the polycom config files in /usr/local/snomONE/tftp directory or would it be the standard tftp directory /tftpboot ?
  12. Im having the same issue with a polycom sound point ip 330. Anyone?
  13. Can someone please outline the specific requirements needed to get a polycom phone up on snom one? What files need to go where? How do I set up the Polycom SIP device to connect? Any information will be useful. Thanks in advance. sudo
  14. I am setting up an auto attendant. I have about 7 options in the AA. I need one of the options to ring an extension during the hours specified in the service flag and a different extension when its 'off hours'. Im not sure how to accomplish this. Im not seeing anything in extensions account for night service - only in the AA. Can anyone help me understand how this needs to be setup. Thanks in advance Sudo
