    Ring loop

Hi there, I have a small qeustion, wondering if its a human error or maybe a small bug. I have the following setup for a customer. The customer have 5 Trunks. 1 main trunk have these settings (the main phone number) (the phones used are) 2x Snom 320 + keypad extension. 5x Siemens C470 2x Siemens S685 The following happens. When you call the main line. The first two phones that will ring are the 2 Snom320 phones. When those arnt picked up in 10 seconds the next fase will kick in. That is the 2 snom phones and 1 siemens C470 phone When there is still no pickup after 10seconds the 3th fase kicks in That will be the Snom 320 phones and all the other siemens phones. (see screenshots of the fase setup). When someone picks up the phone then it keeps ringing and never stops until the other calling side hangs up. When i change the last fase to the 2nd fase everything goes fine. So i wonder is this something with the PBX or something with the telephones ? The PBX version we use is 3.3.1.3177 (Win32)
  3. Oke tnx for the explanation, i will adjust my settings and see if it works fine.
  4. Yes i did :-) The PBX that runs on HTTP works fine, but the PBX that works on HTTPS ask for the cerificate ofcourse when you type in the provisioning url in the browser, and you get the option close the site or go on. So i geuss that phone is hanging on that point to, since there is no certificate for the HTTPS. ( i tryed the HTTPS on 2 PBX servers both have the same hanging on provisioning with the phones).
  5. Hello there, I have a small qeustion. I setup a lot of phones, and use the provisioning a lot, in the pnp of the snom phones via HTTP://mydomian:poort/provisioning/snom320.htm But when i change the PBX to HTTPS only and restart the PBX so the HTTP wont be accesible annymore. When i try then to provision with the phone it wont connect, it trys 20 attempts and then fails. I wonder do i need a certificate on the PBX to make HTTPS working for provisioning? When i type in the URL in a web browser it can be found and you see the phone config files, but get the certificate error, so i kinda guess the phone is stuck on that part. Will a certificate on the pbx for HTTPS solve this ?
  6. Removing the CDR fixed the issue. Tnx for the support guys :-)
  7. I think i allready know what will fix it. Since it was or new server that was a exact copy of the old server(just heard that who builed those servers), so the domains would run on this new one that have that logging issue. (and the copy was made on the time were you see the calls log hanging). Because when you create a new domain on this server it works perfectly, it log all calls very nice and smoothly. So i will remove the CDR directory, and restart the service.. so it starts with a fresh new CDR. But cant do that now customers are using that server have to try outside opening times of the companys that use this pbx, if this works i will leave a post here.
  8. The current time on the server is correct since it works for the other domains in the pbx except for this one. But the current time is now on 31-03-2009 (dd-mm-yyyy) @ 15:23 GMT +1 I tryed to reload the page manually but that didnt work either, but i was allready aware of that that it doesnt auto refresh
  9. Hello there, I have one small qeustion. But i just looking over it or do something really wrong here. The call logging does not refresh at all, it keeps showing the same old data (see below):. Call History Start From To Duration 2008/12/16 16:11:11 Kantoor 1 (100) 0102535592 14:57 2008/12/16 16:23:09 Kantoor 1 (100) 0102535592 2008/12/16 16:24:34 Kantoor 1 (100) 0102535550 00:37 2008/12/16 16:59:42 Kantoor 1 (100) 0102535550 11:31 2008/12/16 17:11:39 Kantoor 3 (102) 0227591464 02:01 2008/12/16 17:32:17 Kantoor 1 (100) 0227591912 03:21 All the calls that are being made right now, wont be displayed on the call history, i looked for a way to remove this but couldnt find were this call history is being storred, on the pbx server.
