    snom one bleu

the system call the customer and play's a recording using Office communications server, the problem is that the OCS calls phone number that is in the database but when the customer as one extension to reach him: example: dialing Microsoft support you got to dial the 1800 number then to reach the support you got to dial 3 for the support line. I need to know what string I should put in the database. we use to do this with the old modem 33.6, we use to put (,) for 1sec wait time.
  2. Hi, I have Office communications server 2007 installed on one server that can make automatic calls, OCS use Snom one bleu to make its outbound calls. Is there a way to make the automatic call calling a phone number + extention (450-555-5555 ext:224) I have tried to put a (,) but it did not work, this is what I tried (4505555555,224). Help on this one please, Thanks. Sylvain

  4. Hi, Trying to setup snom one with microsoft speech server 2007. My problem is that I am unable to connect from snom one to ms speech server. I have 2 trunks 1-trunk for my inbound only coming from my sip provider. 2-trunk for the speech server. I have attach is my log file. I did try to force it with the line: sip:pwd-itech.cleard.local;transport=TCP in trunk2 going to speech server. If you look at the log you can see it is taking UDP not TCP. Did inter in my DNS _sip_tcp.pwd-itech.cleard.local (My speech server). Thanks Sylvain Snom_one_log.txt
