I am using a Snom Mini with 4.5.0.1097. Licensed for 20 extensions So I tried the same voip line with our free snom 4.5.0.1097 in the office and get the same result. No more than 3 incoming/outgoing calls at once. So I then tried the same voip line on another brand VoIP system we have here and we have no issues getting 8 calls at once. Any ideas?

We are looking to install 8 snom minis across 8 different sites but have them linked using gateway trunk. Is this possible?

Thanks for the info. I am having a problem with getting more than 3 to work. I have assign c01-c08 but I cannot get more than 3 incoming/outgoing calls at any one time. I get forbiddon

Does anyone know what the maximum number of g711 calls a snom mini can handle at one time? Looking at installing in a busy office but am worried as it can only handle 5x G729 calls at one time.

Regarding factory reset link snom one - This is for the snom mini not the snom Soho.

I have just purchased a snom soho and have the exact same issue. Changed from DHCP to static and can no longer talk to the device. Triple checked the settings , saved , reset device and now can no longer access the soho box. Running a network scan on my network cannot see the device . Tried resetting with pinhole on the side but no luck. Tried mac address in browser but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
