  1. The callerID is in the log file, but it seems I am losing the caller ID when the call gets transfer OCS (Office Communication Server). 2007/11/15 16:16:55 9142443005;phone-context=unknown NAME OF PERSON (142) 2007/11/15 16:16:36 CALLER ID NAME (914244005) OCS CF (600) - 7250 00:34
  2. How do I get incoming (external calls) CALLER ID to work? I am getting this message on the LCD screen on the phone: ?20263;phone-context=unknown"
  3. When I use dial by name, it will for 142 press 1 for 146 press 2. However, it would seem that it should say the person's name and not just the extension (how else would somebody calling know which directory name match is the correct one? Where/how do enter the WAV for the person's name?
  4. Thank you that solved the problem. I appareciate the help. Thanks.
  5. You are missing the point or I wasn't clear enough, I am trying to insert 1914 and replace the 8 at the same time. So when I dial 8 and then local number (for example 2441000), I want the 8 to be replaced (or removed) and then 1914 inserted - So when I dial 82441000 on my phone, I want the PBXNSIP to dial 19142441000.
  6. I have to dial 8 to get an outside line, so when I dial a local number I would dial 82441000. I have a dial plan replacement rule as follow pattern: xxxxxxxx replacement 1914* The problem is that I the 8 (for an outside line) is getting inserted after the 1914. How do I get rid of the 8 in the replacement?
  7. How can I create a routing table to force a hosted SIP (nextvortex.com) to go via a 2nd NIC (that is connected to a 2nd firewall). When we try to make a call the connection is routed via our MS ISA firewall, which is not compatible with SIP. Thus, I need force the connection to happen via the other (2nd) NIC on thePBXNSIP server. Any ideas?
