  1. I don't exact know your setup but what I understand from your query is that you want to use the hosted PBX as a trunk for the CPE? If so, simply register a trunk from the CPE to one of the the hosted PBX's extension. Then make sure the calls go through that trunk by adjusting the dial plan on the CPE accordingly. The account of the trunk on the CPE will be the extension of the hosted pbx and its related password and its domain and proxy address etc. will be that of the hosted domain and IP etc. I hope it helps. Thanks.
  2. Your PBX version should be 5.2.2 or later. Simply choose BLF (monitor, speed dial and pickup) on the PBX for all buttons you want to provision. Then, simply enter the extension or account you want to monitor, speed dial or pickup in the parameter field, e.g. 100. That will take care of the BLF after you provision the phone correctly. For park orbit, also choose the same BLF (since it also speed dials). Then enter the starcode followed by the park orbit you want to use in the parameter and provision, e.g. *8550 where *85 is the starcode for parking and 50 is the account number of the park orbit. And so on ...
  3. Yes, LAN and WAN. You have to provide the PBX url to the phone through option 66 or manually though. For details: http://vodia.com/documentation/pnp_grandstream If you mean LDAP, then yes. LDAP will be provisioned too and when you go to the phone's LDAP book, you should be able to search a contact by its name etc. However they have not made it as simple as it should be in android. Maybe they will improve it.
  4. I think it was not a good idea to mention individual models, since when it comes to provisioning most of the vendors keep the same in almost all models anyway (especially a series), and rightly so. That means it should be okay to provision them. It's just that at the time of the feature usually all phone models aren't available and don't get mentioned but actually behave the same especially regarding provisioning.
  5. Hi, So it doesn't take any changes from the pbx anymore? I mean does ask for its pnp file (with its mac address) in the logs? OR Are you saying that it just doesn't take effect IF you make changes to it in the admin template or domain customize locations? In that case, it could be that you are making changes in the admin mode templates and there are also some changes in the same file in the domain customize page.
  6. Unfortunately that hasn't been added yet. For now can you restart the system and resync. I know that's not the best solution but unfortunately for now that is the only option.
  7. Yeah and it works. We did fix something regarding https (persistent connections) but that problem I think was only introduced recently. So I don't know, whether this was the reason for your problem or not. Anyway now with the latest version (beta will be made soon), it should work because I just tested it with your test account and got the test contact I created there. Which operating system is your PBX on including 32-bit or 64-bit information? Thanks.
  8. We can't reproduce it the way you are describing it. You say, you can see all calls in the Admin call log including incoming, outgoing and even missed (calls with no duration). But in the user portal you can see only outgoing calls, and nothing in the missed calls? Here in user portal, I see incoming and outgoing calls, so no problem there. In missed calls, I see them from extensions and some trunks but not when the trunk comes through another account like auto attendant, and we are looking into that. But that is not what you describe. Also the missed calls must show on his phone too, right? Because we are seeing them perfectly on the phones.
  9. Hmmm ... Problem is it works perfectly for me, so I don't know what is going on. Is it possible that you provide me a temporary test account on your email server (and provide me with it's credentials in a private message), so that I can test what exactly is happening? Regardless, I will still check to see what could be the issue here. Thanks.
  10. Can you please change the setting Verify server certificate: to "No" and try again. If that doesn't help, it could be they changed the activesync address again. I don't why they keep changing their activesync server and not change it for the discovery. Anyway if that is the case then can you also please set the setting Exchange Address (recommended to leave blank for autodiscover): to https://outlook.office365.com and try again. In case that address is different for you then unfortunately, until they make it available for discovery again, you have to find it from their document found here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-suite-help/set-up-email-on-an-android-phone-or-tablet-HA102823196.aspx#_Toc354585473
  11. We did fix it but unfortunately somehow the build on the website had not been updated. To confirm that If you look at the build date in Status General, you will see the date much earlier. I am sorry for that, can you please do the update http://snomone.com/downloads/snomONE/version-5.2.2a.xml again and then the check that the build date is from today April 22nd. In this version it should be fixed. Please let us know. Thanks.
  12. Fixed. It should work in the next version.
  13. Well you may be able to use our Action URL's for this purpose. http://vodia.com/documentation/actionurl We did do something in this area but it has not been released because there is no particular consensus on what to provide in it and what way. Maybe we can implement some basic call based stuff there. But it has to be well defined as to what is required, fuzzy integration for the sake of integration would not do.
  14. From version 5.2.0 on wards, you can configure the Yealink T46G (BLF) with the PBX buttons. Ideally don't configure the first 6 buttons (although you can but Yealink leaves those for lines by default). After that you can configure from 7 to 27 (9 buttons in 3 pages). The 10th button is for changing the page (although they don't make that clear). From button 101 on wards you can also configure the phone's expansion pad. Details at: http://vodia.com/documentation/pnp_yealink I hope it helps.
  15. You create the folder on the computer or system on which the pbx is running. On that system the folder snom/snomONE/tftp should already exist. Within that folder, create another folder named ringtones (if already doesn't exist) and put your ringtone wav files there. These are the files that you can then link to as explained in the next steps of the document. I hope it helps.
  16. That can all been seen by going into the particular ACD from the ACD list from the domain and viewing its Call Log or Calls and Agents, all the info related to that ACD. All that stuff should be admin based anyway.
  17. You mean the WAC? That is on the home page of the user login. OR Do you mean the Call Log tab under the ACD? For that, just login as admin, go to that particular ACD and click on the tab "Call Log" in the top row.
  18. What mac sync under domain. Can you send a screen shot?
  19. Use: <dkey_menu perm="RW">url {http-url snom}/menu.xml?auth=basic</dkey_menu> Notice, it is dkey_menu and not dkey_snom. Also make sure to remove: <dkey_snom perm="RW">url {http-url snom}/menu.xml?auth=basic</dkey_snom> This dkey_snom entry is for the snom key but conflicts with the menu key somehow and should be removed. Both should not be there. That of course also means the snom key (only present in snom 3 series phones) will not be provisioned. But the menu key should be provisioned properly now. Thanks.
  20. Please, either provision your phone so that the menu key is populated correctly. OR If you don't want to provision then on the phone web interface, simply set the menu key type to Action URL and in the number field, enter: http://yourPBXIP:80/snom/menu.xml?auth=basic and save. Now you when you press the menu key, you will be asked for the admin and pass which is the web login and password values of that account on the PBX (i.e. the login and password you use to enter that account's user portal on the PBX). This will be asked only for the first time and if correct, it won't ask again and you will get your menus. Thanks.
  21. Unfortunately we do not have any such api for that kind of operation right now, so you will have to write it directly into the folder. Or you can simulate populating those fields on that page and simulate the create button for each contact. But that could be tedious both for coding and the pbx server.
  22. For that kind of custom solution you can use action url. You can trigger an action url on the phone for missed call. On the phone's Action URL Settings page, in the "Missed call" field you can enter a URL that will be triggered on missed call. Now what you will do with that is up to you. One round about possibility would be the phone's home page (http://your-phone-ip/index.htm) which does have a list of missed calls, apart from many other things, which perhaps could be extracted.
  23. Well if the call is from a hunt group, you are not usually the only one in the hunt group. And if a missed call is shown as a missed call for on all the people who are in the hunt group, everyone who returns back to his/her desk will call back the person whose call was missed. Say there were 6 people in the hunt group and all of them get a missed call on their portal. The guy whose call was missed may be called back by all 6 people one after another and he will explaining to each one, and feeling sorry he made the call at all .
  24. Can you attach one of these wav files here that is not being accepted, so that I can test it here? Because I tried with a few and were accepted without problem. Just to be clear, you are uploading a wav file as a voicemail greeting, right?
