Top, Thank you for the reply. I've been through the video and registered it on three different servers (in case it was a platform issue) with the license key you sent. It still fails after a few records have been written. I notice that it authenticates to SQL every time it sends a CDR. Perhaps our PBX is too busy for your software? We log about 7000 calls a day. Thanks...

Top, I have downloaded and installed your software, it works, but fails after a couple of minutes (stops sending cdr to sql, but the PBX is still sending them to your application). Is this a bug, or a licensing issue? I've requested a license several times but haven't heard back (its been two weeks). Thanks, Phil

I would liketo block extension from being able to make outgoing calls basedon time of day. Has anyone ever set this up?

Can someone givr me a little direction. I have a customer that has 1 Sip trunk with 5 DID numbers. I need to send 1 number to the auto attendent and the other 4 to different extensions. Thsnk

I have the trunks setup but when you hit the auto attendant it will not allow you to dial a 10 digit number. You get a recording saying that the number is a invalid ext.
