  2. using polycom ip650 phone and i have setup on the pbx/ext to Include local extensions in the phone address book: and i have reboot the phone and select directories and it shows the only the one that i have manually added and not the domain ext address book, using version (Win32)

  5. Hello, I was messing around with my polycom sip.cfg file and noticed a tag that enabled a button on the phone called "Park". "feature.10.name="call-park" feature.10.enabled="1"" This button doesn’t do anything to the call while I am on it, but can it be programmed to send the appropriate commands to enable an easy call parking button? There are also other features like call pickup. Can these be used at all with the pbx ? i have seen some PBX that have plug and play with call park a BLF with the polycom, was wondering if anyone got it to work with pbxnsip,
  6. any good idea how to set up to auto delete recording that are above 30 days old? the issue is that we turn on call recording and the memory got full, and since memory was full it delete some ext etc, so was wondering if anyone haves any idea to get the files above 30 or 60 days to setup to delete auto thanks

  8. under agent group there is a setting that This page will let you configure if you want an email to be sent to the connected agent. and when i set up for yes i do get an email but with no info in the email subject you picked up the call from From: : To: : CMC: : Name: : please advice how i can get the full call detail and what agent group the call came from

  14. a lot of times when i get a call that is redirect to a cell i will hear like the person is pressing DTMF buttons, and few time i asked are you dialing and the answer was NO, also few times i have called into the IVR and used the calling card to place an outbound international call and the other party asked me if i am pressing buttons cause every few seconds the other party heard as i would dial numbers on my phone, Did any one experience the same issue ?
  15. under Agent Group i have test by added an external # by When all agents are unregistered, send calls to: and if i send the it to external # it wont work, only if i send to anotther AA or AG
  16. using version and in version 3 was able to add in the Service Flag Account: #R and Night Service Number: 978746xxx and if all phones was unregister it was call fwd to that #
  17. i am registering an ATA that could handle upto 8 Lines and client would only need 5 lines, what the right way how to limit the lines, i am using 1 ext for all lines, and the ATA does the hunting, and would like to limit the calls to only max 5 calls, and i have test it by adding 1 at Maximum Number of Calls and i have test one call it didn't go through since its 2 leg, so would i need to put 10 if i would allow 5 calls, and is there a way to send back a busy signal if all 5 lines are busy
  18. any way to use #R on a auto a that if all ext are unregister it should reroute all call to external # in version 3 it use to work and now on 4.2 i have test it and it didnt work
  19. on new version the transfer will go through, but the sender will still get an busy signal as it wouldn't went through
