    in version 3.2 when doing a blind transfer it use to send along the person who transferred the call along with the original caller info

     

    For example R 201

     

    with the callers info

     

    can you add this back in the next version?

     

    Also we have an issue when transferring calls, we always use transfer and not blind transfer, now the problem is that the person receiving the transfer never knows when it was transferred already as it doesn't ring and its very confusing

    can you can a tone ones the call it transferred

    You can set the "Remote Party/Privacy Indication:" to "Custom Headers" and then set "P-Charging-Vector:" to "Don't use header". That should take the unwanted header out.

     

    A question before we can go ahead.

     

    1. What is 7188888888 - domain/trunk/extension ANI?

     

    Depending on the answer, you can look at the http://wiki.snomone...._Custom_Headers and http://wiki.snomone....rs_on_the_Trunk to set your trunk too.

    We are trying now 2011-4.5.0.1050 Coma Berenicids (Win32) The problem that we are having is that when we are using Remote-Party-ID the invite it not working i know that in this version we can customize the sip invite , well i want able to get this to work like before

  4. Hi on the missed calls email it shows the To show the AA not the ext number that missed the call , please find attached the missed call XML please let me know what i should change that the mist call the To part should have the ext number that missed the call Thank you

    1. By Administrator Permission section a new option was added to allow a ext user access to the whole system

     

    The problem is when the system administrator gives permission to a user to have domain access the domain user can now log in and change his permission for whole system

     

    2. By Number ACD groups this extension can log into theirs opinion 1 or unlimited

     

    How will this work , when we *64 and my ext number is in 3 agents groups (ACD) will the system ask to what ACD to you want to login ?

    if yes please add the option by the ext level 1-10 ( now theirs only opinion 1 or unlimited)

     

    3.will this version use multi core processor?

     

     

    4. do you have a preview version of the pbxnsip version that allows snom , polycom , aastra (will it be released the same time as the someone version ?)

  6. Hi when I setup the pbx to save the cdr as csv (file:disk) this is what it saves in the cdr

     

    only the fist line is in comma delimited

    How can I setup that all the info should save in comma delimited format ,

    I'm testing the pbxnsip Billing settings its working great the only problems are

    1. that the domain Administrator ( my customer) can login to the portal all add money to his account

    Is their any way to change the to restricted a domain administrator from changing it ?( only the system administrator should change it )

     

    2.the system cuts off the call 0.00 balance with no warning

     

     

     

  8. Thank You for the quick reply , on pbxnsip tire isn't a way to filter calls so i wanted to do it in excel when i copy and past some rows are not right and i cant filter it

     

     

    How hard is it for you to add the scripted ( please help us smile.gif )

    You mean right now you are receiving the list in HTML format and you want it in CSV instead (comma sepersated values)? Right now it is pretty much hard coded in HTML; you can copy & paste it into Excel and then save it a CSV. No tsur eif you can automate that step easily.

     

    The alternative could be to save the CDR in CSV on the system level and then filter out those messages which are for the ACD.

    if I transfer a call to a wrong ext that dos not exist the call will hangup , is their a way that it should ring back on my phone or go back to step 1 that the call started ?
