  1. After connecting a Snom 320 phone, everything works fine except for the language (it needs to be french). Even if I change the phone's language to french (using the phone menus or web interface) it always stays in english. Here is what I found on the phone's log: [5] 23/12/2001 19:00:34: on_language_download: Can not upload >/prov/snom/gui_lang_FR.xml< from >10.0.0.66:80<. Error >404<! I found the file gui_lang_FR.xml on Snom's website, but I can't find out where to copy it... In fact, I can't find the "/prov/snom" folder on my pbxnsip server. Am I missing something ? Thank you !
  2. Now both of our Ricoh Fax machines can register with the pbxnsip server (we had to use blank password), but when I try to send / receive a fax between them (not going through any trunk), it does not work. In the log, I can clearly see that both devices are negotiating the connection, switching to t38 and then the sending machine sends an ACK, but the receiving machine never responds. Sending machine retry the ACK, still receives no answer and then drop the connection. Any advice? Here's a copy of the log file: [7] 2010/05/31 14:22:38: SIP Tx udp:192.168.7.10:5060: SIP/2.0 100 Trying Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.7.10;branch=z9hG4bKB'i8lXA_3T1Vn From: "Fax PBrunet23" <sip:98@pbx.company.com>;tag=QQL7De5Q+L To: "Fax PBrunet24" <sip:99@pbx.company.com>;tag=42226 Call-ID: 497f14cf@pbx CSeq: 1 INVITE Content-Length: 0 [7] 2010/05/31 14:22:38: SIP Rx udp:10.0.0.23:65378: ACK sip:99@10.0.0.66;user=phone SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.0.0.23;branch=z9hG4bK!1r!Cm+YdarSp Max-Forwards: 70 From: <sip:99@10.0.0.23;user=phone>;tag=p05H4*cJDI To: <sip:98@10.0.0.66;user=phone>;tag=4fc4fc1483 Call-ID: 20100531142239-T38-C-RytBI@10.0.0.23 CSeq: 1 ACK Content-Length: 0 [7] 2010/05/31 14:22:39: SIP Rx udp:10.0.0.23:65378: ACK sip:99@10.0.0.66;user=phone SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.0.0.23;branch=z9hG4bKWkkancr4UpW5G Max-Forwards: 70 From: <sip:99@10.0.0.23;user=phone>;tag=p05H4*cJDI To: <sip:98@10.0.0.66;user=phone>;tag=4fc4fc1483 Call-ID: 20100531142239-T38-C-RytBI@10.0.0.23 CSeq: 1 ACK Content-Length: 0 [5] 2010/05/31 14:23:10: Did not receive ACK, disconnecting call 497f14cf@pbx Thanks!
  3. Hi everyone, this is my first post here. We're in a rush to find a new phone system for our multisites company. First, we want to make sure our current faxes machines will work with pbxnsip. We have a couple of Ricoh machine (C2550 and 171) with integrated sip support. Here are my options in the Ricoh's interface (bold means selected): Enable SIP: On/Off Enable Server: On/Off Username: (I tried the extension and admin) Server IP Address: 10.x.x.x (our pbxnsip address) Digest Authentication: On/Off (I've tried to turn this on and use a password) On the pbxnsip side, I simply created an extension (99) and assigned it's MAC address (Bind to MAC Address:) under registration. I have tried registering the Ricoh machine with and without password, rebooting between each try, still I can't register the extension... Am I missing a step ? I registered 2 phones without any problems, (I had to enter a sip-password and id from the phone.) Thanks in advance for your help !
