Good afternoon, Since I try to upgrade firmware ( 8.7.2.10 to 8.7.2.19) I can't access to the SNNOM-MP SIP 's web interface and terminal doesn't work anymore. I try "Reset factory" but same pproblem. Someone get an idea ?

Good afternoon, I have a question. Our company use Snom Meeting Point and it looks working good. We notice that can'ut use dial tone when we call a center we ahve to make a choice. Example : We can call our company and we have a menu "Press 1 to access to..., Press 2 to access..., ...." and when we make a choice nothing happen, voice tell us that "Your choice is incorrect". Do you know what happened ? Do you already have this problem ?
