  1. Hi, We are currently using PBXnSIP v3.40 but have been offered a snom blue license at a good price, currently all of our agents use x-lite. I have notices that on the snom one product page it does say support for 40 softphones. Is this just the M9 or will it also support x-lite. I really do not like the M9 softphone and we can't afford to buy a whole load of snom hardware phones, so my question is will x-lite still work as I have heard you can only use snom phones with snom one.   2. Thanks for the reply. Thats a bit frustrating as I was never informed that there was a limit on calls. After decoding my license it shows the within the decoded license this statement "true calls: 10" Is there anything I can do regarding this? Thanks James
  3. Hi, Wonder if you guys can help, during the busy times we are having at the moment we are experiencing high volume of calls here in our office. But people are reporting it is hard to get through to us. We can also not make calls when when we have alot of incoming/outgoing call. From looking on our logs it is showing this message. "[7] 2010/12/10 10:30:19: System has already 9 calls, rejecting additional 1 calls because of maximum 10 [9] 2010/12/10 10:30:19: Resolve 2736: a udp 192.168.1.21 28138 [2] 2010/12/10 10:30:19: Call Reject: Too many calls (domain khpbxserver)" I have tried to edit the domain to allow 25 concurrent calls, but it doesn't seem to be making any difference. Still the same above error. Can anybody advise me in what is best to do?

Thanks for the help, I questioned our ISP as it is a managed router, they told me they have looked at both the primary and secoundry DNS server and neither of them are caching anything apparently. I then spoke to my Voip provider voiptalk, who advised me to edit my host file to point to a specific IP address when the pbx tries to register to the voiptalk domain. This seems to have cleared things up. Thanks for you help.
  5. Hi, I am currently using pbxnsip V3, and have been having a recuring problem. At 1429 every day all of my trunks decide to fail. One of two errors occur. "408 Request Timeout" or "500 Address Resolution Failed". Log below. I have included some of the log before and after the failure. For security i have also changed the IP, username and company names. Any help or information would be really appriciated.
