I am running into the same issue today after installing MS updates on my Server 2003 installation. Prior to this it has been working fine. I tried updating to a more recent version of pbxctrl.exe but get the same symptom. Windows error log: The pbxnsip PBX service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. Any thoughts?
