It is silent now, exactly as i wanted it:-)

The messege comes when i use the Timeout (s): 15 in Timeout Handling because i want to forward the call to Redirect Number: 3000 when no option/direction is choosen. Without the timeout the system is silent. Using a Teles voipbox with Version: 2.1.1.2210 (Linux)

After re-installing the software completely the problem didn't occur anymore

I do not want the systemmessage 'dial an extension or remain...' at the end of the auto attendant. I did place a star (*) at: accounts that cannot be called but the english message remains. What should i do? Albert
