  1. Ok I solved the problem. On SPA525G: In Extension settings, if you plan to use G722 (Advanced setting), please be sure that : DTMF Process AVT: is set to YES and : DTMF Tx Method: is set to AVT and that you use G722 as preferred codec ! Regards, Alexandre

  6. Hello, Sue to a server migration, I have reinstalled SnomOne Pbx on the new machine. Unfortunately, it does not work. In the log file, I'm encountering the following : [5] 0:25:37.758 GENE: License: Code does not look like a license MAC address did not match Thanks for help !
  7. Hello, I would like to know why when an anonymous ringer calls, the From-header setting set for an agent queue ceases to work. When calling party number isn't hidden, I have set up the From-header to display "Queue Name (Calling Number), in order to know which queue and number he agent should expect. However, I have noticed that when a caller is calling with a hidden number, unfortunately the pattern does not appear anymore and only Anonmyous appears. Thus, it is not possible to know which service the anonymous caller has called. Indeed, instead of getting "Queue Name (Anonymous)', only Anonymous is displayed. The queue name does not appear. Phone : SPA525G Best regards, Alexandre
  8. What did you do to get BLF working on SPA112? Thanks, AL
  9. Hello, That is what I did. I edited my resolv.conf file in order to put as first an outside DNS server and it worked properly ! nameserver 213.186.33.99 nameserver 127.0.0.1 search ovh.net Glad to see the license being updated. Alexandre

  11. On the extension i would like to monitor, i can only see regular REGISTRATION (1) and not any dialog subscription.
  12. Hello, How should I proceed to see those dialog subscriptions in the web interface ? Regards, Alexandre
  13. I have noticed that I'm also encountering the problem to connect trunks. My trunk registrations only work when I set IP adresses in the proxy. Could you tell me more about I should proceed with PCAP and filter DNS packet because it seems beyond my technical knowledge. Kind regards, Alexandre
  14. Hello, I'm using SPA525G phones with SnomONE. I have got unused line keys on the screen i wanted to use for BLF to monitor extensions and parking orbit. I tried to set on a key the following function for BLF : fnc=sd+blf+cp;ext=40@$PROXY; The only thing is that BLF isn't working because when the extension 40 is being called, the status on my phone does not change. I have activated calls monitoring of extension 40 on my account in SnomONE account settings. How can this be achieved from a Cisco SPA 5XX phone ? Regarding the park orbit key, i tried : fnc=prk;ext=45@$PROXY; Does not work when a call has been parked on this orbit. No blink light. (where 45 is an orbit park) I look forward other CIsco users to know which settings I should apply. Many thanks, Alexandre
  15. Hello, Thanks for your answer. I'm surprised because trunks cannot also work. They work only if I specify Trunk proxy IP. What should I do exactly? My resolv.conf contains : nameserver 127.0.0.1 nameserver 213.186.33.99 search ovh.net Isn't it sufficient? I can't figure out why SnomONE service cannot resolve itself as from the shell ping and wget manage successfully to resolve any domain, including snomone.com Best regards, Alexandre
  16. After verbosing the log : [5] 0:21:52.964 GENE: License: Activate license with code ############### [0] 0:21:55.734 SIP: Cannot send packet: No license [0] 0:22:02.391 WEBC: Last message repeated 3 times [4] 0:22:02.391 WEBC: HTTP client: Timeout on 0.0.0.0:443 [5] 0:22:02.391 WEBC: Web request failed with code 0, retrying [8] 0:22:02.391 WEBC: HTTP client: Resolving www.snomone.com [8] 0:22:02.394 WEBC: HTTP client: Connect to 0.0.0.0:443, pending requests 2 [3] 0:22:02.394 GENE: Could not connect to 0.0.0.0:443 [9] 0:22:02.394 TLS: HTTP 0.0.0.0:443:
  17. Hello, I'm encountering exactly the same isue. Fresh Centos 6.5 install with Fresh snom 5.1.3 I try to activate with my license code. 3 browsers: Firefox Mac v26 Safari : 6.05 Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63 (Latest) After clicking on Submit, the button remains gray and the system is not being licensed. Please note that a file is being created in the snoOne folder : pbxctrl-license.xml That's all. System remains unusable. How can we proceed? Alexandre
  18. Hello, First of all, I would like to explain my point of view.I did not participate to this forum since a while as I was, like many other users, almost shocked by the new licensing policy which is deceptive in comparison with previous SnomONE policy. Especially also because you deleted all previous versions which allowed small business to get a free 10-extension PBX with Call queues and several IVR. In order to get those features today under version 5 it would cost at least 695 USD. From 0 to 695 USD I think there might be a better middle. I can understand that any work has to be paid however the pricing structure has so dramatically increased... But I have to admit that SnomONE remains an excellent PBX that is easy and simple to configure and upgrades are time demanding. Thus, I was wondering for proposing a new feature. Like for ACD group, I think it would be pretty nice to allow to set greetings with automixing with MOH for parking orbits. (to allow messages hearing). Similarly, MOH Group could be imagined to allow upload music background and to record up to 5 or 10 greetings that would mix with the uploaded music. Do you think such feature could be implemented? Kind regards, Alex
  19. Hi, I don't know why, as now the 4 version is a legacy one, Snom isn't offering any download anymore... Like Paul, I purchased Snom Hardware to enjoy the Snom One Free verison, with many feature but limited to 10 extensions. It was perfect and compensated the pricey snom hardware. Why to hide downloads ? You say you didn't support it anymore, then ok but why to remove them ? Regards, Alexandre
  20. Dear Pablo, Unfortunately, when I try to download the executable for Centos, I'm redirected to a page with a NOT FOUND error : http://downloads.snom.net/snomONE/centos32/pbxctrl-centos5-2011-4.3.0.5021 Does someone have this latest version without the new license scheme ? Thanks, Alexandre
  21. I have a legacy version 4 - Free up to 10 extensions. I wanted to update to the latest version before the 4.5. Why did you remove the last free 4.4 version before license change ? Moreover, can't we download anymore voice prompts for legacy versions ? Thanks, Alexandre
  22. But that's incredible how similar thos phones are. The complete range of Doro IP 820 and 810/820/840 is equal to Snom 300/320/360 and 370. Even firmware screenshots look similar. Did Snom and Doro work together on those phones ? It would be interesting to try to boot from a Snom firmware image. You were talking about version 7 of Doro firmware and compatibility. Could you tell me a bit more about this ? Thanks, Regards, Alex
  23. Hi there, I have recently discovered a very close phone from Snom 370 which is sold under DORO IP840C model. I was wondering whether this phone is same as Snom 370, especially for Firmware and if I should expect a 100% compatibility with SnomOne PBX. Thanks in advance for your comments. Best regards, Alexandre
