  1. Well everyone, I think I answered my own question, so hopefully this helps anyone who might have the same issue. What I had attempted to do was upgrade PBXnSip from 4.0.1 to 4.2.0, and in doing so, it took away our licensing. So we attempted to roll back to 4.0.1., but since the upgrade went through, the PBXnSip had generated a new SSL certificate for the phones, and they had accepted it. So going back to the old version did not allow them to register, because they were looking for a different certificate. Now I am not sure where the certificates are kept, and if you could switch out certificates, and have the system work, but what I did was I went back through the upgrade, and had PBXnSip issue a new license, and immediately, the phones started connecting again. So if anyone receives Bad Record Mac in their log file, look into the SSL certificate. Hope this helps! --Jeff
  2. Greetings everyone, I am very new to PBX, and I have an issue that has brought us to a halt. None of our phones will register with PBXnSip, and in the log file, it shows all of the phones' IP addresses, and next to their address it says "Bad Record Mac". How can this be solved? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! --Jeff
