  1. OK found it. Thanks! Is there a way to show total number of minutes?
  2. I am the Admin. However I don't have "CDR duration field" under settings. Im running V: 2011-4.2.0.3950 (Win64)
  3. The user guide is hard to understand for people who don't do this on the daily basis. And the call log does not show more then just 1 last call. I also cant find a way to fix that.
  4. Since my carrier charges per minute, all I need is a daily CDR oh the total amount of minutes used and the number of calls. I assume this is easy to do for some of you professorial people here but I cant seem to figure it out. Thank you in advance!
  5. When I try to make an outbound call on Linkys phone all I see is session in progress. I look at call history and see that the trunk that call goes over is "PSTN Gateway" and not my VoIP provider that I added and is active. I look at the logs and don't see anywhere where it would pick the VoIP provider. How do I route outbound calls to them? Oh and i disabled the "PSTN gateway" and still same thing.

  7. I have to the Snom one Free running on a Mac and also on Windows vista (64). Whenever i try to upload the IVR prompt in .wav in (8 kHz Mono, 16 bit) I click on choose file the file appears and replaces "no file chosen" then i hit save and the file disappears. and thats it. It gets replaced with "no file chosen" Am I doing something wrong? Why are the files not saving?

  9. I just need to get calls into the PBX for now. So following the guide it put this in the IP Routing List: 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0/64.65.66.67 64.65.66.67 -> Lets just say my public IP. I am still unable to get the call.
  10. I just downloaded the Snom One Free (2011-4.2.0.3950 (Win64)). I got the PBX working fine when its on my public IP. However I cant figure out what parameters I have to set when its behind my router. Here are my PC's network connection details. Can someone explain what I have to put in the PBX and where I have to put it?
