  1. Oke, now It generates a link like: Where: $pbx = 10.38.52.10:800 user = 2 (when moving the mouse over the "edit" image to receive the id of the extenstion (the extension number = 32). the username = admin and the password is hofstee (set in provisioning settings). http://10.38.52.10:800/snom/adrbook.xml?us...12f8206f2da7c10 But when putting the url in the phone it's not working, opening it in IE opens the PBX login screen. Btw, it needs to load the domain addressbook.
  2. Hello, I try to change the wave file for service flags "activated", "deactivated" now I hear just a beep sound but it's not clear for everybody to hear when it's on or off so I would like to change the wave file to "Activated!" and "Deactivated!" but can't find the beep wave file, can someone tell me where it's located?
  3. Hello, I'm new on this but I want to provision the Addressbook of the PBX to the snom 3xx phones. From our local dealer I received a PHP script that generates a URL that should be used to do this. It's like this: <form><table> <tr><td>IP Address Server</td><td><input name=ipaddr></td></tr> <tr><td>Username</td><td><input name=username></td></tr> <tr><td>Password</td><td><input type=password name=password></td></tr> </table> </form> <?php if($username) echo "<a href=http://$ipaddr/snom/adrbook.xml?user=".md5("$username:$password").">http://$ipaddr/snom/adrbook.xml?user=".md5("$username:$password")."<br>"; ?> That creates a URL like: http://Voip02:800/snom/adrbook.xml?user=00...000000000000000 (000 is MD5 Hash;)). I put the URL in the SNOM phone in the Directory button with "Action URL" set but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? or do I need to configure something else first? (I set the PnP flags in Domain settings (username/password).
  4. Okay, they don't actually care about how it's done but just want to have 2 cell phones to ring together (when 1 picks up, the other should stop etc).
  5. Well, this customer has got many people who are usaually not at the office so when they don't answer theri phone on the office the call should be redirected to a cell phone (even from the hunt group)... Why old (not digital) PBX systems can do this??? and why a modern PBXnSIP software just CAN'T? it's very frustrating so I'm just requesting this feature because else they will not go to use PBXnSIP (I know that won't be your problem but... they like PBXnSIP but this feature is a requirement for them). Hope you will include this feature in the future...
  6. I just want it to follow extension-redirects (or phone-book redirects) to cell/external phones. In final stage an other stages. I know that final stage can call cellphone but creating 1 hunt group with in stage one, 2 other hunt groups which both have cellphone... it won't call the 2 final stages from the 2 hunt groups in the other hunt group. THe customer just needs to call more cell-phones from hunt groups at a time...
  7. Hello, There was another topic about this but I would like to request a feature. One of our customers needs to have 2 cellphones ringing from a hunt group. They want that the redirection of extensions will be followed (e.g. redirect all calls to <cellphone>. I've read that this is a little problem but... their old PBX (ISDN) even had this function and also providers like www.callvoip.com offers this feature. I would like to have this feature included as quick as possible because it's a requirement from our customer... Please let me know...
  8. Okay, but I would like to request this feature in a future release after 3.1;)
  9. Yeah I think it could be possible even our old ISDN pbx could do it... so why a modern VoIP system can't?
  10. Hello, I want to do the same thing... just call 2 cell phones, it can call only 1 cell phone now and the redirects are (as said) not working... I want PBXnSIP to do this (call multiple external numbers).
  11. Well the support only WMA or MP3 or Windows Media Streaming stuff.. www.shoutcast.com shows a list of known shoutcast servers.
  12. Hello, Is it possible to use a SHOUTcast or ICEcast or some other stream media as MoH? or select a directory per domain wich contains wave files to play? (so for each domain other files can be selected and played randomly or something...).
  13. Yeah I've read that one before but... I actually want PBXnSIP to do this... is there a feature upcomming or will it *never* support fax?
  14. I've read some posts about faxing and PBX but none of them helps me out. I want to setup an extension that can receive a fax and send the fax as TIFF or PDF file to an e-mail adres via the specified SMTP server. How can I do this? I know that a modem like Fritz! box can do this... but it must be a free solution.
  15. Yep, the duration is also not updated with an interval. For the first call it will be "0" when there comes another call it will be re-posted to the SOAP url but if there remains one call it will be 0 untill the call is ended. Any suggestions for these problems?
  16. Hello, I'm building an application that should display the status of the calls in an agent group (who's waiting, calling etc), but I think something is wrong. When the first call comes in to the agent group in PBX it shows state "waiting" but the XML data posted to the PBX doesn't have a state element. Then the next call comes in, the first call will have a state "next" but the 2nd call did not get a STATE element Then the 3rd call comes in and... yes as you can guess.. the 3rd call doesn't have a state element, the first has "next" and the 2nd has got "waiting" but why does the last call (or first when only one call) not have a state? or am I doing something wrong?

    Database Access

It has been set to 127.0.0.1 but still doesn't work PHP gives a time out message (30 seconds), is there something I can try? (PHP accesses the PBX via localhost...).

    Database Access

My License Key says: SOAP: True so I think it's enabled... I also moved it to another port (The web interface from 80 to 800) but do I need to use that port also for SOAP?

    Database Access

I have the same problem here. PHP can't connect to the SOAP server and in the config I can't set the port number for the soap server... Where can I set the soap port number? (I set the soap trusted IP setting to 127.0.0.1 (Localhost)).
  20. It works! but one problem... when I have multiple extension numbers e.g. 100@domain1 100@domain2 And I call to 100 it will call it in domain1 (the domain where this extension is). I tried something to do with a pattern 7* with pref 90 and * with pref 100 but still the pbx call the extension in it's own domain... how to fix this without giving all domains different extension numbers?
  21. I use SNOM 360 and SNOM 300 phones. Well maybe you can add an option somewhere in trunk/domain/extension settings where you can set "Incomming number -> Melody" or an appart page "Tones" or something...
  22. EDIT: Maybe via some regular expresion in "Send calls to:" in trunk setup?
  23. But how can I detect to which number the caller is calling in the hunt group?
  24. Hello, I'm installing PBX for a company that have 2 phone numbers. e.g. 123456 and 123789. All incomming traffic comes via a Teles VoIP box from an ISDN line so there is 1 trunk that is Gateway (Outbound proxy). Now I want the phones to ring tone 1 for the first number and tone 2 for the second number. WHere can I configure this?
  25. OKe, that sound clear but this also works if I have multiple domains that don't use the same trunk (Each domain has it's own trunk because they all have other outbound numbers)? ANd when I set the outbound proxy to localhost (127.0.0.1) it says "404 Not Found". Is there a demo configuration available doing this?
