  1. According to snom support, i have updated the software to 2011-4.5.0.1016 Alpha Monocerotids version and now the system is ok. Thank you anyway. Dario
  2. I have changed the DNS in 8.8.8.8, but i still have the problem...
  3. You don't see anything special about that DNS address... But i can tell you that if I set the proxy address as "voip.eutelia.it" I have the problem; if I set "83.211.227.21" I don't have the problem. Any idea? Thanks
  4. I have already tried to change the primary DNS server with an external one (OpenDNS 208.67.222.222), but i still had the problem. Tomorrow i'll try changing it into 8.8.8.8, but it's the same. Now I think I have partially solved: i have changed in the trunk setup the DNS name of the Proxy (voip.eutelia.it) into the IP address (83.211.227.21); now if i do the previous test unplugging and then plugging the LAN cable after a few minutes, it works, re-registering correctly. It's clear that if the voip provider changes the IP, I'll have a big problem... Any other idea? Thanks
  5. Hi, I still have the re-registration problem in the 2011-4.3.0.5021 (Linux) version on CentOS. Today I'll try changing the IP address in the "Proxy Address" field, but it's not true that from version .4025 the bug is fixed. Does anyone have any other solution/fix?
  6. ok, it works! My problem was in the Dial Plan settings and so in PSTN-To-VoIP Gateway Setup. Thank you, best regards.
  7. ok. I want to use the SPA-3102 as a trunk, i want to send and receive calls through the PSTN line connected on the SPA. Now i can send calls, but when i receive a call on the PSTN line, the SPA-3102 don't send it to the PBX (I think). Understand? thanks, D.
  8. Done a SPA3102 factory reset. On SnomONE: - deleted registration information for the SPA3102 trunk, only specified the Proxy address (192.168.2.202:5061) On SPA under PSTN line: - Proxy: SnomONE_IP - i used one account number and password to register the SPA as an extension Now I can call using the PSTN line throught the SPA3102! But...i can't receive calls from PSTN line. Any idea?

  10. hello, i'm also in trouble to get SPA3102 working with SnomONE. I want to use it to add the PSTN fxo line working as additional trunk. Can you provide this config, please? Thank you in advance, Dario
  11. Thank you for the reply, but, you know, i'm a newbie. But my questions was: - do you think that my parameters for trunk registration are right? How can I be better? - in your opinion, why the failover doesn't work? I'm reading the 400 pages of manual and it said that i'm right. can you help me for this case? Thank you in advance.
  12. Hi, I have those two problems on 2011-4.2.0.3958 (Linux): - i have one trunk on sip.twt.it and sometimes the registration fails (but the internet connection is up). The PBX tries to re-register, but it takes several minutes. If I make a simple change on the trunk settings and i save it, it will change to register. Also if i restart the service, the status changes immediatly to 200 OK. I have set the truk with: Lock codec during conversation: no Proposed Duration (s): 120 Keepalive Time: 20 Remote Party/Privacy Indication: Remote-Party-ID All the other features are default. - I have an external fxo gateway, so I want to configure the Failover Behavior on the sip trunk. My settings are: Failover Behavior: On all error codes Request Timeout: 15 Then i configured the Standard Dialplan like this: Pref Trunk C P Pattern Replacement Delete 100 Unassigned 60 twt * * 65 620 * * So, if i disconnect the ADSL cable, the status of the sip trunk (twt) changes in 408, but the system don't match the second entry of the dialplan. Can someone help me? Thanks, Dario.
