  1. So you mean after manually entering the settings it does not work? Maybe we need to step back to look at REGISTER requests?
  2. I think so - maybe you should start a new topic on this.
  3. You may have to re-check your trunk settings: See http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Outbound_Calls_on_Trunk.
  4. Did you set the tftp server to the address of the PBX? Also, do you have any extension set up for this MAC address or do you use a * to match any address?
  5. The good news is that we have at least the option to change things... Not that we like it, but being able to is a good thing.
  6. If you don't habe a routable IP address, you will have a lot of pain. SIP is not HTTP.
  7. If you can try the update image at http://www.pbxnsip.com/protect/update-2894.tgz. But make a backup of your old config, maybe even of the whole file system. This image has a new option for "CPC Duration" - try a higher value than 80 ms. Hopefully that helps sorting out this problem. You might also want to turn off Polarity Change detection and Busy tone detection.
  8. If you hear the IVR annoucement "This feature is not available" then the phone obviously connects to the PBX. Then it is not the phone's dial plan, in this case you have to continue the search on the PBX.
  9. The problem is most likely the dial plan in the phones. There is some stuff on http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Linksys, maybe try changing the dial plan on the phone and see if that helps.
  10. Sounds like central european time, just two hours ahead? If that is so, it should be a piece of cake.
  11. Does Moscow have daylight settings?
  12. Take a look at http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/CDR_Tool_Setup. Maybe you can also use http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Simple_CDR_Format, for example to talk to tools like Metropolis.
  13. Ops, http://www.pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-2.2.1.2757.exe. A "free" app has the disadvantage that nobody makes money (unless you can explain your customer why you charge for something that is for free). But first we want to get the PAC stable.
  14. Vodia PBX

    TLS

Hmm. Are you using a client certificate? Maybe it makes sense to have a Wireshark of it...
  15. With the PAC coming up that is no more a problem (see the new PAC forum). However on the snom 360 I think it is currently not possible. Maybe in a new version the phone is able to present a short light flashing when there is a MWI on the extension.
  16. Whow! That is great input. Maybe we can fix it...
  17. You mean limit on the PAC? On the PBX, there is no limit...
  18. Check out http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Outbound_Calls_on_Trunk on this.
  19. Well, there is no standard. Check out RFC3261 - it practically leaves it to the registering user agent what parameter it would like to use. Maybe we should turn the question around - what are you trying to achieve with a parameter?
  20. Please ask Teles to provide you with a link to 2.1.6.2448, it is much better.
  21. Ehh. That is indeed very strange. What version are you on? If possible, you should run the 2.1.6.2448 version.
  22. We have this on the agenda for tomorrow.
  23. 1) There is a global setting called "support_update", if you set it to false the PBX will use INVITE (see http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Global_Configuration_File on how to set it). 2) Yea, I agree that the audio with port 0 is really strange (well, that's how we get it!). Maybe Broadvox can try with the INVITE and if that does no work we can make a version that takes the audio part out in this case.
  24. Do you have any SIP packets from the LOG that are sent between the PBX and the gateway? Maybe you can use the "Log Watch List (IP)" and set it to 127.0.0.1 (see http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Log_Setup for more information about logging).
