Also had a couple calls just simply drop. Then I could not place a call...went off hook and it was just dead air. The system is locking up...no access to logging in on the Gui. I had to manually unplug the unit, and cycle power...then everything worked great again. I made sure to turn off all logging. I see another version of code but would like to know this problem was duplicated before I just jump to another version.
  2. 3.0.0.2914 (Linux) Ok, I see lots of gain adjustment with the gateway. I lowered the gain to -14db, and it was better. Since I went that low I figured it could be a line problem...good levels, but bad gain. So I opened a ticket with the phone company as it sounded like the lines were overdriven. They bypassed the SLIC and connected us directly to the switch. Levels dropped on the line, and seems to have helped with the static popping. We now have a PBXnSIP gateway level of -6Db Problem still exists, even when we use the ITSP lines over the internet... no Gateway involved. Usually we can trace the static to some kind of feedback when we talk. When just listening, it does not appear to happen. As soon as you talk, the static feedback comes out the speaker. Handset and speaker are about the same. I just did a small doctor's office with Allworx because this CS410 still buggy. I am now quoting a 65-person Doctor's office. I don't know if this is PBXnSIP code issue, or the CS410 appliance issue. please give me your thoughts...I have to get this thing stable before I can sell it....or forget about the appliance all together and go with stand-alone gateway. Thanks
  3. ok...will give it a try..thanks
  4. We have replaced our allworx-6x with the CS410. Once we went to 2.1.6.2448 on the black box, things have been much more stable. But, we have an intermittent noise problem. It happens both on the one analog POTS line we have, as well as the SIP trunks with Callcentric. We are using Snom-360 and linksys SPA942...both phones seem to have the noise but the linksys is worse. If I transfer the call from the Linksys to the Snom, the popping will also transfer. It is a loud Crackling, Popping sound. It is consistent during a single call, but may disappear on the next call. Any ideas?
