  1. Problem solved. appeared to be a problem with custom headers...
  2. I changed the settings for the sip headers to "No Indication" and that didn't solve the problem. We are using enterprisevoip in the Netherlands as our service provider. FYI, the M9 phones come with a "busy tone"after dialling an outbound number...
  3. There are no other phones we all use the M9 and they are using the standard dial plan and that's the same as we used with our pbxnsip...
  4. One problem remains though; I can't dial out from my M9's. Trunk is set to inbound and outbound but since the trunk doesn't receive any data I think i misconfigured one or the other. Can yoy give me some suggestions where to look ? Calls within the office are ok.
  5. Problems solved... seemed to be an ipv6 problem and old firmware
  6. It looks like it's a M9 base problem. I can't get in touch with the webinterface anymore neither does http://[fe80::204:13ff:fe30:134f]/ work... Any ideas.?
  7. Hi, I have installed snom One. I registered my Snom M9 phones, I can see the registration from my webinterface, all four are green. I registered my SIP trunk. I can see calls coming in on the screen but no phone is ringing, yes there's a default extension for incoming calls. I cannot dial from my M9 phones either... What did I do wrong ?
  8. We got version 5 installed but are having problems registering our Snom M9 handsets. Should they work with this version ? Tnx !
  9. OK, tnx I think i'll send the email to sales with my old licensen and ask for the activation codes for SNOM one since I think we won't be able to get pbxnsip working... Can I just upgrade to Snom one or do I have to configure Snom one all over again ? Tnx !
  10. Hi, at first we had a key that was bound to the Mac adress and later this was replaced by the Dongle. Fyi at this moment we have the same server up and running again with the same version of XP SP3 and it still says it has no license.... BTW is there a way we can upgrade from our PBXNSIP license ?
  11. Hi, we have been using our PBXNSIP for some years now and we were happy with it until we experienced some problems last week with our server. We installed our software on a new server running windows server 2012 and restored our backup of PBXNSIP. After that we couldn't use it beacause the license status showed "no license" We have a permanent licesn. Then we contacted our former distributor and they told us that we might best get back to a Windows XP SP3 like we alwys have been using . We repaired our old server and restored the software but still we got the same error. No license.. Can someone please tell us what to do ? Tnx
