  1. I'm curious if anyone found a solution to this issue? I'm experiencing the exact same problem using the same setup. SnomOne appliance, CentOS Beta Corona Austrinids 4.5.0.1030. Phones are 320 and 821 with 8.7.3.19 firmware on both.

Some calls go to vm (area code 802 so far) but calls from others (area codes 206, 410 and 303 so far) do not.

The SnomOne has static addressing on both interfaces as well and there is no network issues.

    Thanks!

You mentioned that users who are in area codes 206, 410 and 303 have issues getting to an extension VM, is it possible to provide us with a clean sip log of this event?

    Thanks

  2. Transfer is supported on the snom ONE, is transfer not working? example

Call---A----to---B A---press the transfer button dials C and the transfer again, Then B should be connected toC and A gets disconnected after the transfer in some cases.

  3. Hi

In some cases it would be nice to have a voicemail mailbox

    with an announcement only.

e.g. the person is on holiday and there should be only the information,

that he is not there from x to z.

or for night / lunch service flags.

According to the manual (service flags) this can be done

using an AA with the IVR / service flag option. It does work but

it's not the perfect solution, because the person can enter an extension

and if the extension is valid, it will connect him with the extension.

A voicemail / mailbox with announcement only would be a perfect solution.

Maybe this can be implemented easy in a future release of Snom ONE?

You can restrict the caller from calling any extension on the AA level setting is called "Accounts that cannot be called"

you can maybe even use a timeout to redirect the some where else if you're going to restrict the user from dialing an extension.

  4. Are these instructions still good for ver 5? http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Plug_and_Play#PNP_Firmware

Ive got a snom360 that wont connect using the above instructions.

Is there an article for all the changes that need to be accounted for? For instance, apparently Polycoms use the mac address instead of the extension number.

Are all of these little changes documented or do I get to find them as I go? Its been frustrating working with ver 5. Seems like a lot has changed and I was just getting used to 4.5

    Any help is appreciated.

Maybe try 5.09 and follow this article

  5. I think it's a defect on that version, it was bit strange when we change the audio volume and broke everything afterwards, I would

open a bug ticket with sangoma so they can be aware of it.
