To upgrade the yealink phone is pretty easy, I think the file is in zip form, you will have to extract it on your desktop and upload it to the phone as a bin file.

Can you unregistered 340 and on the logging remove the register event. The goal here is to see if the pbx will send the caller to the VM without the phone being registered.
Thanks

I'm curious if anyone found a solution to this issue? I'm experiencing the exact same problem using the same setup. SnomOne appliance, CentOS Beta Corona Austrinids 4.5.0.1030. Phones are 320 and 821 with 8.7.3.19 firmware on both.
Some calls go to vm (area code 802 so far) but calls from others (area codes 206, 410 and 303 so far) do not.
The SnomOne has static addressing on both interfaces as well and there is no network issues.
Thanks!
You mentioned that users who are in area codes 206, 410 and 303 have issues getting to an extension VM, is it possible to provide us with a clean sip log of this event?
Thanks

you can remove the announcement from the audio_en I believe, The file is called code_park however you will still hear what number the call has been park on example _____3
whatever the park orbit number is.

Try setting the trunk to message 180 in the "Ringback(Support early media)" when you see error like
tate[CALL_OFFERED] Could not start early media since inboundCallHandling connectInboundSide condition is not set to ON-OUTBOUND-SIDE-MEDIA-AVAILABLE.

What does the telco message say when you dial a cell phone number?
-
what is the case study here? pbx to pbx?
-
also make sure the dial plan is using that trunk.
-
You can change the priority list on the phone. If they're snom phones, I think g722 is 1st you can change it to g711u or g711a.

What is the logging say on the phone?

Hi
In some cases it would be nice to have a voicemail mailbox
with an announcement only.
e.g. the person is on holiday and there should be only the information,
that he is not there from x to z.
or for night / lunch service flags.
According to the manual (service flags) this can be done
using an AA with the IVR / service flag option. It does work but
it's not the perfect solution, because the person can enter an extension
and if the extension is valid, it will connect him with the extension.
A voicemail / mailbox with announcement only would be a perfect solution.
Maybe this can be implemented easy in a future release of Snom ONE?
You can restrict the caller from calling any extension on the AA level setting is called "Accounts that cannot be called"
you can maybe even use a timeout to redirect the some where else if you're going to restrict the user from dialing an extension.

I believe this item was taken care of on version 5.09.

Lets us know if the issue remains once you have upgrade.

Are these instructions still good for ver 5? http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Plug_and_Play#PNP_Firmware
Ive got a snom360 that wont connect using the above instructions.
Is there an article for all the changes that need to be accounted for? For instance, apparently Polycoms use the mac address instead of the extension number.
Are all of these little changes documented or do I get to find them as I go? Its been frustrating working with ver 5. Seems like a lot has changed and I was just getting used to 4.5
Any help is appreciated.
Maybe try 5.09 and follow this article

I would maybe try recording these greetings on the extension level shown here and if the user is off to lunch they would have to call into the users VM and choose that specific greeting or they can choose it from the User portal as well.
-
We don't have that feature at the moment. The best solution would be to monitor the call through extension BLFs.

Switch to admin mode and navigate to General under the status, it should tell you how many AG are licensed.
example Agent Groups: 1/20
You can purchase them Here
and add them to your active license.

I would just copy the domain.tar
http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Administrators
if you click on the "edit" button on this page you can save the domain setting and the accounts and then uploaded it to another server.

I think it's a defect on that version, it was bit strange when we change the audio volume and broke everything afterwards, I would
open a bug ticket with sangoma so they can be aware of it.
