Sangoma is already using ulaw 1st on the list then alaw 2nd.
if you're having a low volume issue on the line you can modify this on sangoma as well.
There is a patch on the calibration for older sangoma firmware, it would be a good idea to upgrade the software as well, if you would like us to upgrade the firmware for you please purchase a 1 hour ticket and we can get your squared away.

Hi, did you create a new AA and record a new IVR message to see if it's reproducible?
also if you want to playback audio .wave files from the snom ONE GUI, I used VLC

it may also depend on what browser you are using, "Chrome"

I have the same issue and deleting the CDR Directory did not help
has anyone else experienced this and found a solution ?

You can choose other under the P-asserted identity and put something like
<sip:{0280088000}@{sip10.mynetfone.com.au};user=phone>
or
<sip:{0280088000}@{trunk-outbound-proxy};user=phone>
not sure if 0280088000 is the DID provided to you

is there anything populated on the provisioning redirection section?

also on the phones "update URL" are you using http://pbx address?

A great addition in the future would be click on another extension to call it.

Also down the track maybe 30 button keys that can be programmed in the extensions button profile.
We are also considering this item as well, Vodia Team.
Example say on an 870 button profile the user makes it 45 buttons the 1st 15 will appear on the handset and the 2nd 30 are just for the WAC.

you could fix it on the sangoma side but snom one can also help by setting the Ringback(Support early media) to "Message 180' on the trunk level this setting will give sangoma time to build up its SDP before we do.

Hi, We don't support the address books on the Yealink at the moment but it's on our wishlist.

Make sure that you have permissions to record on the IVR "Accounts that may record a message:"
1. Make sure your extension is paired up to your cell phone.
2. Set "When this cell phone calls the PBX" To offer the AA.
3. When you call into the system choose option 3 to go to the mailbox.
4. Press the * asterisk and it will bring you to the general mailbox "This is main menu of the mailbox" Press the * asterisk again.
5. Dial *98745 "745" being the IVR then press the # button to initiate the command.
The system will ask you to record your message.

Currently we have decide that all new installations should be running on the cutting edge O.S, Window XP is outdated and not supported anymore.

I suppose the idea was to send the user who has the 5 digit code to an the IVR from the AA "destination choices" after verified based on the 5 digit code they will be routed to the 9-5 support queue rather then changing the wav file globally.

What does the log file say? I would turn everything on the logging page if it's not a busy system then try to reproduce it again.

It will be unless you use the IVR node for this project then you can segregate the error message.
