Hi All.
I have set up 2 co-lines that I am using with my voip sip provider (voip.ms). Problem I am having is that when I am using my Snom 320 phones and they pick up the shared line by pressing the line button and then they hang up the phone before completing the dialed number (ie no connection is made to my sip provider), the light stays on all of my phones. However, using the Snom 360s, when I pick up the same shared line and hang up before finishing dialing, the light goes out on all phones including the 320s.
When using either phones, if I dial a complete number and the connection is made with the sip (ie. it starts ringing) and then I hang up, the lights go out as expected.
