  1. I found this version on the Dutch Linksys Site: Dutch Linksys Site Good Luck......
  2. My interpretation is as follows: The service flag is like a real flag used in sports or traffic control. As long as it is down (cleared) there is nothing special going on, thus the normal working situation (working hours). After business hours there is something special happening (alert, nobody in the office !!) so we alert the PBX by raising the flag (set) with the matching procedures for example transfer to voicemail. So we seem to agree here. Maybe there is something wrong with the time of the pbx-server, maybe timezone problem or look at the entered times of the service flag. The time should be entered as follows: the period we specify is the period where the flag is 'cleared' but in your case (manual) this should not make a difference. Maybe a lot of blabla but hope this helps you in any way.
  3. I use the 'Buttons' feature in combination with SNOM Phones where i defined two 'park orbit' buttons as 'PARK1' and 'PARK2' function. On every phone the call can be put in these specific Park Orbits just by pressing the button while having the line. On every phone it will be visible if a call is parked in PARK1 or PARK2. By pressing the button the call can be continued on every phone. This setup works perfect in our relatively small environment.
  4. Just like YMSL, it is not completely clear to me what you want to achieve. I would just like to inform you that it is possible to use the SPA3102 firmware 5.1.5(GWa) as a fully functional Gateway and SIP-FXS-client at the same time If anybody is interested i could provide you with the configuration...
  5. Is there anything like a queue for an extension ? When the extension is busy, the caller might have the option to wait ? On the screen of the extension it shows that there is another call waiting ? Of course the workaround for this is to use one Agent Group per extension but that is diffult to manage. Please advise....
  6. "DND is still available through the Menu option" With this i meant that DND is still available through the personal web-interface from PBXNSIP, so i assume it is not possible to block it through the phone. I think it should be managed by PBXNSIP, is this possible ?
  7. Is it possible to Block the use of 'Do not Disturb' in PBXNSIP ? We have a few users who like to use DND while company policy is not to use it...... I managed to disable the DND button on the SNOM phones but DND is still available through the Menu option.
  8. I still think this is not what people want. What if people will stay 4 hours longer @ work, that means that they have to keep watching the Flag status and press it four times ? What is wrong with my solution ? (previous post)
  9. This is exactly the behaviour i would like to have.... If she would forget to turn the flag back on (after staying late), it stays off till the morning. This is just a side effect that comes with flexibility. To prevent it from being forgotten in the evening there might be the possibility to specify in the properties of the service flag an extra time interval 20:00-20:00 if that works ? to set it again at eight if she forgot ?
  10. Sorry to jump back to this 'old' message but i still do not understands why the PBX would wait until the next morning ? I assume the Flag is set bij a 'status change message' with the desired state as optional parameter. I think this would the best way to program such a functionality. No matter how often or how much the status changes, it would do exactly what everybody would want it to do ? What would be the problem in this setting ?
  11. I already came across this document, that is where i got the Use of "SIP IP Replacement List" from. From your answer i assume that there is nothing else to know, works perfect according to the document ??? Thanks anyway .... (still in doubt) I hoped to get more practical info.....
  12. Next week i have to implement PBXNSIP with SNOM phones on a Windows 2008 Server (2 nic's) and a NAT connection to the VOIP provider. After doing reading about problems with NAT is seems that use of "SIP IP Replacement List" is the way to go in this setup. As it is the first NAT imlementation i will be performing i would like to know if there are any problems i might have. And if there is anything else i might forget to do besides creating Port Forwarding rules in the router for SIP and RTP. Thanks for any advise....
  13. In previous versions this could also happen when PBXNSIP is trying to send an e-mail but failing to..... (misconfiguration). Question for PBXNSIP: Is this stil possible in the current versions ?
  14. Any news on this ??? Thanks !!!
  15. Thank you for your response, We have set the username set in the trunk, using a SIP Registration We also tried the SIP gateway with the same result Please help me with this problem.... Rudi
  16. Hi Wim, We seem to have the same problem, did you find any solution for this ? I tried versions 3.0.0.2998 (win32) and 3.0.1.3023 (win32) but calling out became impossible. I keep getting "Unauthorized" when i try to dial out. http://forum.pbxnsip.com/index.php?showtopic=1249 Tried all the settings in this post but still no calling possible. Currently running 2.1.14.2498 (Win32) Rudi
  17. I am using G.711 a-law. I have two gateways defined, a a SIP-registration to a sip-provider and a Outbound proxy. Both have the setting 'Codec Preference' set to 8. On my internal-phones (directly connected with the PBX) the music sounds fine, only the MOH through external connections (through one of the gateways) the MOH is distorted. Of course it is possible that the problem might be external, is there any way to test this ? Thanks....
  18. I am using 2.1.12.2489 (win32) and still have problems with bad quality moh, even de default music. Voice quality of the Agent Group is fine The music that fades in and out is terribly distorted. I wonder if i am the only one here having the problems with the default music as well
  19. BTW incoming calls through the same trunk kept working all the time After some days of testing i gave up, back to 2.1.12.2489.....
  20. Of course, according to the previous post that is what i did. Still "Unauthorized" ?? Anyone any other tips ?
  21. Hi there, We seem to have a similar problem, since the upgrade to 3.0.0.2998 the trunk to the SIP-Provider stopped working. Our SNOM phones tell us that the call is "Unauthorized" ?? It can not be a problem with the Dial Plan, if i change the Preferred Trunk in the Dial Plan, the call is connected as it should be. Any ideas ??
  22. I assume this will be integrated in a future update ? The current version (2.1.12.2489 ) still does not know how to handle this i think. Please give some kind of confirmation that this problem will be solved ... Rudi
  23. I just installed version 1.9.2.19 and tried to monitor the queue of an agent group. But nothing shows-up in the console.....(exept extensions and lines). With a previous version (1.9.1.0) the queue is visible. Am i doing something wrong here ?? Thanks, Rudi
  24. Probably nobody will ever want to uninstall pbxnsip, I did (sorry). After uninstalling through ‘Control Panel’ I noticed that the pbxnsip-service was still present in the services-list, still marked as ‘Start Automatic’ and consequentially generating an error message in the event viewer after restarting. Of course, a new install is not a problem and works fine. I assume this is a minor bug in de-installation, or is there something wrong with what I do ? (exept the de-installation itself ). Using Version: 2.1.10.2474 (Win32) Rudi
