  1. Ok...I understand what you said. When the installer asks for "Install Location URL:" it asks for a new url where the cdr tool will be reached, not the url where pbxnsip is listening. But then I create another virtual server on the port 8080, and in the cdr tool installer I write "http://localhost:8080". Same error: "Unable to connect..." Again, I don't really understand what the installer is trying to do and what it needs to install correctly. thanks for any help.
  2. Thanks for the response! But that's not the problem...I'm not trying to install another aplication that need the port 80. I'm installing the cdr tool and one of the steps of the installer is to especify the web address and the port where the pbxnsip is installed. The installation was made with defaults, so my input is http://localhost as is stated in the cdr tool setup wiki, but I get the error "unable to connect..." So it's something related with the cdr tool installer, that's why I posted here.
  3. We came across a client that has the default installation of pxnsip. As we can see, they're using IIS, in the default 80 port. We are trying to install the cdr tool, but we found a simple problem...in the "Local Web Server Settings" we need to set the "Install location URL". We type "http://localhost" and we get the error "Unable to connect to the host 'localhost'. Please check settings, check whether the server is available, and click Next to try again." The admin page in the port 80 of the pbxnsip is working correctly, so we are unable to fin the problem. Please help us... Thanks!
  4. mmm...yep. The outbound proxy setting is empty in the trunk. Because of that the local phones works perfectly but not a remote phone? what is the correct input for the outbound proxy setting for the remote phone to work? Thanks again for all the help! Whe need this working as soon as possible...
  5. First, thanks for your interest! The "block outgoing caller-ID" is already set to "no". We "clone" the configuration of another working phone, and it has the same 3-digit extension format, 2xx, and the same exact configuration. As we said, the phone in the pbx it's configured with the same dial plan and the same exact options than the local phones.
  6. Is the logic answer, but we double-checked and the remote extension has the same dial plan than the local extensions. It's clear that the problem is something related to the dial plan, but we can't figure out what it is. As you said, there is no problem with nat, as we can make local calls. There is some precedent of this? Thanks!
