  1. Perfect, thanks. When do you expect drag and drop to be working? Kind regards, Rene.
  2. Where can I find it? I have tried http://pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-3.0.1.3023.exe but that is not working.... Kind regards, Rene.
  3. Of course: I have programmed an agent group (820) for our support department. On my snom 320 phones I have programmed a BLF button for extension 820. When one of the secretaries is transferring an external call to the programmed button for agent group 820 then the call goes into the queue. But when the call is not answered yet and you transfer a second external call into that group with the BLF button then the two external calls are connected to each other. So in our case, if those customers can solve each other’s problem then this is a great feature but I am not sure if that is going to be the situation Kind regards, Rene.
  4. Hi, The BLF button option is perfect, thanks for that! Before this feature I had programmed the buttons with "Speed dial" and then also the lamp was working on the button. Now this lamp is not functioning anymore, could that be brought back? We are using the speed dial function for calling and transferring to an agent group. When I program this button as BLF then external callers are getting connected to each other (also very nice but not what we want ) Kind regards, Rene.
  5. I agree with that, hot desking will do the job. It would be very nice if it could be possible to activate the hot desking feature from another extension. So then I can program a button on the snom 320 for hot deksing that extension to the dect phone. "Have at least xxx agents in the queue" would be also a perfect solution for preventing a queue full of callers without any agents! Kind regards, Rene.
  6. Ok, when do you expect it to be available? Kind regards, Rene.
  7. Can you give me a quick hint? Do I need to setup the "Explicitly specify park orbit preference" on the extension settings? Or is this new setting not yet available in the current beta 3.0.1.3022? Kind regards, Rene.
  8. I have tried this and it is working but not user-friendly to enable. To activate you have to do a lot of codes on the dect phone, it seems not possible to activate hot desking from the snom 320 (programmed button) to the dect phone, am I right about that? Most of the old pbx boxes know a "Follow Me" code, or as I thought within the PBXNSIP software the "Forward All" setting. But "Forward All" does not forward all the calls, is that possible to create? And about my 2nd question: Is it possible to create a setting so that the last agent is unable to logout? This is to prevent that callers are waiting in the queue and there are no agents listening.... Kind regards, Rene.
  9. Yeah, but then I need to set the night flag for the whole agent group and some of the assistants are still on their spot, only one is going mobile. And we are using the night flag already for the normal "night" modus. Isn't it possible to get the forward-all aslo working for calls to that extension coming thru the agent-group? Another question about Agent Groups: Is it possible to prevent that all users can logout? We need to be sure that at least one agent is logged in the group so callers will be answered. Could that be an extra Agent Group setting? We have a helpdesk where not always all the agents are paying enough attention and sometimes by accident (?) are all logged out. Kind regards, Rene.
  10. Wow, I am impressed, I will test it as soons as possible. Thanks. Rene.
  11. I have tried that but it is not possible to turn it off while the dect phone is placed into the charger. Isn't it possible to do a forwarding also for the calls coming for the agent group? I expected that the forward-all would do this, but it is forwarding all calls except the calls for the agent-group on that extension. Kind regards, Rene.
  12. Yes, it would be very nice if I could define groups and when you use *87 to pickup a ringing call within the defined group this pickup goes before ringing calls out off the group. Do you think that this is possible to create? Kind regards, Rene.
  13. Is my conclusion correct that it is not working when I put extensions together in a hunt group for picking up a ringing call within that group or is it a bug? It doesn't matter if I am part of the hunt group, with the pickup it takes the first ringing call. I have an office with two floors, so I want to configure the first floor into one pickup group and a pickup group for the second floor. Kind regards, Rene.
  14. Hi, Is there someone who knows how to solve the following situation: I have 4 secretaries within my company who are responsible for the incoming calls. The 4 phones (snom 320) are logged in a Agent Group. Sometimes one of the secretaries needs to be mobile within the building so I have one snom dect phone standing on that department. I have programmed a button on the 4 snom phones to forward all calls to the dect phone and also one button to cancel the forwarding. So if the secretary goes mobile she needs to press one button and all the calls will go to the dect phone. This is working for normal calls directly to her extension but not for calls coming from the Agent Group, they are not forwarded. Another option is to login and logout the dect phone into that Agent Group, but the phone doesn't have programmable buttons so it is not very user-friendly. Any suggestions? Kind regards, Rene.
  15. I have tried this but it is not working like I expected. To test this I have created a hunt group and added extensions 905 906 and 907 to it. Then I have created a call from extension 900 to extension 901 without picking up and directly after that I have created a call from extension 902 to extension 905. I thought that if I use *87 (pickup) from extension 906 that would get me connected with extension 902.....but it gives me the first ringing call, extension 900. What is going wrong? Kind regards, Rene.
  16. Hi there, Is there anyone who can tell me how to setup simple pickup-groups? I have several offices within one company with all snom 300/320 phones and pbxnsip 3.0.0.2998 The wish is to be able to pickup the ringing phone within the departement. Now I have programmed a button with the *87 code, but then you don't know what ringing phone you are taking over.... Kind regards, Rene.
  17. Ok, so this will be integrated automatically in a new release? Kind regards, Rene.
  18. It is all related to the french language, but I am not using french... Kind regards, Rene.
  19. Hi there, Another question about the PAC: Is it possible to start this application without the question of verifying the ip-address of the PBX? Kind regards, Rene.
  20. Ok, then I will wait for the next build......for us it is important to provide the phones with the dutch language. Kind regards, Rene.
  21. Hi, I have installed the 3.0.0.2994 version and it looks like my language settings are not working anymore for the snom phones. I had placed the files Snom_gui_lang.xml and Snom_web_lang.xml into the html directory and the gui_lang_NL.xml together with the web_lang_NL.xml files into the html\snom subdirectory. After resetting the snom phones they now are comming back with the english language. Any ideas how to fix this? Kind regards, Rene.
  22. Hi there, Does anyone have some experience with the provisioning function within pbxnsip (version 2.1.11.2484) and snom phones? I have created a test environment for approving before I replace all the phones in my office. Currently I am testing with Snom 300 phones and I am not able to get the buttons provisioned thru pbxnsip. Can anyone help me get this working? I have also placed the file snom_300_fkeys.xml into the html directory but that also did not change anything. (http://forum.pbxnsip.com/index.php?showtopic=1002&hl=button+snom) Kind regards, Rene.
