  1. I make others tests. With link following : pbx/remote_call.htm?user=41@pbx.company.com&dest=9876543210&auth=41@pbx.company.com:MyExtWebPassword it's work correctly in Chrome. In Internet Explorer (11), authentification automatic works not... I get dialog box for log in.. I can log with 41@pbx.company.com and password. The call runs.

  6. Ok. perfect.. I have already opened a ticket and I waited a return. (Ticket #1216) I will to specify in the ticket when I opened the access in SSH. Phones are unregistered one after the other. A reboot of server corrected the problem. All phones are registered now. I did not think of making this restart during my investigations with the first phone faulty. Thank for your help

  10. I found what cut the call. In System settings, Performance : Maximum call Duration=30s. I spent it to 180, and it's OK. I would see if I still meet this problem on other calls

Here is the return on this issue. -If I call since mobile phone to home number, I get mailbox after 30 secondes -If I call since office (Snom710 / 720 / 760 or Gigaset C610), that ring since 30 seconds then "Session Canceled". I get no mailbox... -If I call since office to home, and if the line is unavailable (ex: already in call), here i get mailbox directly. I join pcap files for call with Session Canceled.. I see nothing inside... Thank for your help pcap.zip

  13. Sorry for delay. I'll try to capture tracing and analyse it. For the phone, I can do it. But for the trunk..? At office, if I run trace PCAP in admin menu, I cannot download pcap file. I get: File trace.pcap not found. Please ask your system administrator to check the log file. I have nothing in log for PCAP. For the concerned customer, I have not "PCAP" menu in Maintenance of Admin page... version is 5.1.3. I don't understand.

  15. Hello, I cannot update software on SnomOne Enterprise v5.0.3. I tried with Url of xml for version 5.1.3 / 5.1.2 / 5.1.0 / 5.0.4 In log, I see, update finished after restart. I restart but I am always on version 5.0.3 It's normal? Thanks for your reply

  17. Ok. Thanks. I wait your feedback. because I tried at office. With PBX (licensed) on Ubuntu Server + 1 computer for stream by VLC and 2 phones Snom. it doesn't work also.
  18. Bonjour, Oui c'est dommage que l'on ne soit pas capable d'exporter et de réimporter les templates. La seule façon que j'ai trouvé pour l'instant et de faire des copier-coller des scripts. mais c'est pas génial. Ne peut-on pas retrouver les pages *.htm quelque part sur le serveur (Linux ou Windows")? Ses pages ne semblent pas être stockées "en dur"..
  19. Hello. Best Wishes for new year. And always thank to follow my issue. For audio format of file that I use for test, it's mono. This file works if I upload it in PBX I send to you in mp a PCAP. To make this one, I use 3 computers. 1\ PBX + Softphone (account : 105) 192.168.1.11 2\ Sofphone (account : 106) 192.168.1.3 3\ VLC + Wireshark 192.168.1.10 => Call 106 to 105 then put On Hold 7-8 seconds. if I compare with one PCAP where I don't call, I don't see differences... strange, no!?
  20. Thank for this fast answer. With Stream to 127.0.0.1 that dont’ work. Stream sent by another computer, that don’t work also I run WireShark on this another computer. But I don’t know in network analyse and I don’t see what I can deduct from it. I made one capture with MOH standard active and another with RTP via VLC. (call and put once on hold on each) I don’t see differences... Edit: in attach. capture in csv format (Too big for format pcap) Edit2: Perhaps with that :
  21. Hello, I need little help to do work stream RTP for one customer. The final objectif is to stream a radio in Music On Hold. Before I would like running it in lab. I followed wiki and tried all that I found on this forum. But it does not work. L Config : -1 Windows with Snomone 5.1.3 (Free). On this computer, VLC & softphone Zoiper installed. -1 other Windows computer with also Zoiper -For begin, I try at first stream a music file. (I would see then for radio) 1\ I converted my MP3 files to WAV 8000Hz / 16 Bits / Mono.. (If I upload it on Snomone as MOH file, make call between softphones and put on hold, I hear this music….Format is ok) 2\ I add RTP stream « VLC » on port 42000 in SnomOne and switch on in General Settings. 3\ I run VLC to stream my file to 192.168.1.11 (itself because VLC and SnomOne hosted on same system...), port 42000. No transcode. => I make call between softphones, put on hold, I get nothing.. no music I tried -stream since second computer (issue with vlc and snomone on same system ?) => not work -stream MP3 and transcode to accepted format => not work -differents things see on forums : I don’t understand why that don’t work in Music On Hold. VLC stream seems OK. Format for SnomOne also.. How to I can troubleshooted that ? Greats thanks to those who can help me

Hello, I receive 3-4 emails alerts by day: Default configuration: User Disconnects call One side of the call between sip:03xxxxxxxx@pbx.company.com;user=phone and sip:03xxxxxxxx@siptrunk.ovh.net did not receive media for 1044.1 s. It seems the user disconnected the call because of that. The SIP messages are attached. Always with "1044.1s" ! Nevertheless concerned calls are corrects. And I see in the logs of the BYE: Reason: q.850;cause=16 I don't understand these alerts. Anybody can help me? Edit: Besides I receive these emails in double...

  25. Bonjour, et merci pour votre réponse. Effectivement je pense également que c'est lié à l'opérateur OVH. et je n'ai malheureusement pas la possibilité de tester via un autre. J'ai donc essayé d'ajuster les Custom Headers mais je ne sais pas vraiment quoi mettre et je ne trouve aucune informations nulle part qui peuvent me renseigner là dessus. Vous avez peut-être la solution? (on peut y croire, c'est Noël ^^ ) Bonnes fêtes à vous
