  1. Hi, is it possible to get the wallboard from V69 build in the V68, for those customers, there running 68 ? Thanks in advance
  2. I have a customer there use Vodia App. The only want to see some extensions in the App. Eg. Sales Group have extensions 100-110 so is it possible setup a group where an extension 100 only have 100-110 listet in the App.
  3. Yes local contacts, serviceflag with status, ACD login/out with status missing in the app. My customers dosen’t use the Vodia App because of this missing features.

  5. Hi. I try to setup Callback function in the ACD, but when i e.g. press 0 for Callback the system want to confirm the callback number. This information breaks when the system announce the queue number, so is it possible to use Callback function in ACD and "periodically announce position" too?
  6. What exactly should I write in the List of holidays, if there is to be a holiday in 4-8 july. normally we write 07/04 07/05 07/06 07/07 07/08 but this no longer works. (V.68.0.16)

  8. No I missing "Time" in V68. Here you can see "Time" in V57 and nothing in V68

In the old version e.g. .57 the customer see the waitingtime for each call (under ACD->Calls) but in the new version this info missing. the customer login as Domain admin and see the calls under the ACD Group. are there a way in the new version to see the waiting calls in ACD and how long each call have waiting in the queue?
  10. I haven’t change anything from v67 to v68, but i see the “Don’t show calls to other users” was assign, so i unassign it and will test it later. thanks
  11. After upgrade from v67 to v68.0.12 i can’t see all calls in the call log, Active calls, calls in queue.

Hi, I try to setup an ActionURL, so when the customer get an incomming call, the PBX sent an URL like https://server.com/rest/Token=xxxxxxxxxxx&message={from} If i use the URL in a browser it's works fine, but in Action URL under the Extensions it dosen't work I hope someone can help me in this case.   15. Is it possible to Serviceflag with status in the App, so customers can se the status and change the ServiceFlag i know you can dial the Serviceflag numbers, but if i have a customer with 15 ServiceFlags he need the status.
  16. Thanks. The PBX where startet with .57 and upgradet to v.65-66-67-68 and can connect with the App. There was no cetificate in the PBX, so i install a new V.68 on the same server, and it works perfect now Thanks for your support
  17. I have now try to connect the App to my PBX v.68 but if I scan the QR code I can see the settings in the App, but nothing works. NAT setup: port 80 TCP -> PBX port 443 TCP ->PBX port 49152-64512 UDP -> PBX PBX Setup: Redirect to HTTPS -> ON IP Routing list -> 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0/Public IP ACME Directory URL -> Let's Encrypt Did I miss something ?
  18. No but will it be possible to create this functionality. It will be usefull for all ACD users if they can downgrade the maximum callers in queue on a specific time.

  21. Greate Thanks for quick reply. Is this API for the Max calls i the whole system ? I need the API for Max calls i queue in the ACD Group, so if i have 2 ACD groups i can change ACD 1 to Max 5 calls and ACD 2 to Max 3 calls
  22. Thanks for your reply. I know, but i will be a nice feature, if i can change maximum calls in the ACD setup, not the whole pbx with a service flag automatically. Can i change the maximum calls parameter via API ? Then i can create a website, where i can the change maximum calls for a specific time.

I have a customer with a issue againgst to the queue in ACD Are there a way to make a planned Maximum Calls in ACD? so 8.00 - 11.00 am there is 20 in maximum calls and with a serviceflag it change to 10 in maximum calls (11.00 - 12.00), so the supporters can emty the queue before lunch. After lunch the serviceflag change and the maximum calls are 20 again ? If not this is a big wish. Thanks in advance
