  1. Yes i use v. 62.1. I have try a new installation with one Softphone and it’s the same. are there a logfiler there can help in this case.

  4. Yes the DTMF navigation in the mailbox works fine. The message don't stop when i enter a digit, still repeat without pause.
  5. I have not change anything only upgrade from 57 to 62. The voice prompt repeat without pause, and the timer are set to 15 sec. I try from a snom D765 and from a softphone. Normal the i hear the message and then i have 15 sec. to enter my digits else the forward to another account.
  6. After i upgrade to 62.0 the IVR dosen’t work anymore. The message loop and i can’t do anything. i try to create a new IVR but it’s the same issue.

  9. If you use the ACD instead of huntinggroups, you can use the function “Send daily CDR report to:” for both ACD groups. Then you get two e-mail for midnight, where you can see all calls for ACD 1 and ACD 2. this is the easy way to get the stat :-) best Henrik
  10. Hi, Have you tryed to change the pnp in the customize under the extensions. Here you can make difference password for each phones.
  11. If you want to use 3-party CTI for the Snom Phones you only need to change this pnp for the Snom phones under templates <http_user perm="RW">admin</http_user> <http_pass perm="RW">password</http_pass> It works for me
  12. After update to version .57 the Snom phones rebooting when i save the buttons. This is a big issue in that case, where i use the internal switch in the snom phones, because the computer there are connected to the Phones mist the network under rebooting and the application running on the computer are going down, so my customer need to reboot the application. Are there a workaround for this rebooting ?

Hi, I have a setup with 2 locations, where all phones works fine on main location(where the PBX are placed), but on the other location where i use a VPN connection my Snom D725 prov. the PBX and i can make outgoing calls internal and external without any problems, but if i call the phone, the system say the extension are busy. I have on the samt location install a Gigaset Pro (UDP) and it´s work fine. Anyone have a idea to solved this issue... PBX version 5.5.0 64bit, Snom D725 8.7.5.35, DND Off and no forwarding.   14. It can be "Maximum call duration" setting up under Admin -> Settings -> General -> System.. Here you can change the maximum call duration
  15. I got the problems after i upgrade my iphone to iOS10 and my mac when i upgrade to Sierra.
  16. Update : i use a D375 also with out any problems. The phone provisioing fine.
  17. Why don't use Snom D765? I have a D765 with some customers without any problems. Vodia V5.4.0
  18. Last update before weekend. :-) If i change TCP port from 5060 to 5080 and setup transport=TCP port 5080 on outgoing proxy it´s look like it´s works fine... so i think it´s a issue with port 5060..
  19. Sorry.... but to solved the one-way-audio i try to setup transport to TCP or UDP, but it dosen´t work.. If i change to back TLS on port 5061 it´s works fine with the buttons and dial-out, but with the issue as one-way-audio sometime.
  20. Last update :-) After reset the snom_3xx_phone.xml it´s woks in my setup :-) Thanks for your support..
  21. Update I have reset "snom_3xx_phone.xml" to default and then the phone provisioning fine and the functions keys works. :-) But some time i only have one-way-audio. This issue i normal solved with change <user_outbound idx="{lc}" perm="RW">{outbound-proxy snom_transport}</user_outbound> to <user_outbound idx="{lc}" perm="RW">sip:192.168.1.200:5060;transport=tcp</user_outbound> where 192.168.1.200 are the PBX. This solution i can´t use with the remote provisioning. Are there a way to change the TLS to TCP? because TCP works each time..
  22. I reset the phone and delete the delete the folder. Setup the Settings URL and reboot the phone. Now the buttons works but in the display i see a note "Reboot required" In the generated\11 i have this files: history.txt, snom_3xx_phone-MAC ID, snom_320_buttons-MAC ID, snom_firmware-MAC ID and snom_models-MAC ID. i use a Snom 375 with firmware 8.9.3.50 and a Vodia PBX 5.4.0 Win64 bit Now i reboot the phone and the buttons are not working again.
  23. I have the same issue. I can´t see the VoIP Providers from my iphone, ipad or MAC using Safari It´s works with chrome on my MAC, but not Chrome on my iphone.

Hi Vodia support If i log in to the Advance -> Update i got this setup: Update Policy : Automatic Update Setting URL : http://xxxxx.dk (on xxxx.dk my pbx are places and all port TCP/UDP are forwarded to the PBX.) Settings refresh timer : 0 PnP Config : on The phone logon to the PBX and works fine, it´s only the functionskeys there are the issue until i "save as custom" under buttons for the extensions
  25. Dosen´t works sorry. I delete the extension and reboot the pbx -> Reset the phone -> create a new extension (open accounts for MAC-based provisioning) -> change "Settings URL" on the phone" and reboot the phone. Now the Funktions Keys works until i power off or reboot the phone. Then i have to Save buttons as customer again to get the functions keys working.
