  1. The reason that your "dial by extension" is not working is that the AutoAttendant is part of CUE. If CUE does not recognize or know about that extension, the call will fail. Normally, the cause for this is that the extension you are trying to dial does not have a Voicemail box. Without a Voicemail box, the extension will not exist in the CUE configuration, even though it exists in the CME configuration.
  2. I think it's possible to place a ACD in the final stage of hunt group. I can't understand, why you're unable to do so? This will absolutely works. I will recommend you to try doing it again.
  3. Yes, we can reduce the ring time by specifying the time in carrier dialplan exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@goautodial,20,tTo) 20 is the time, you can change it according to your requirement. Hope this helps!!
