And have you assigned it to that extension and scope as well?
Does that extension get this permission?
If yes, then refresh the user portal and see if it takes effect there and then jump onto the Windows app.

Please upgrade to 68.0.4 and try this again. There have a lot of changes in this area every passing day.

That page is permissions / groups page. It's not a page that can be customized.
Go to that page and set permissions.

Create domain admin for them. Domain list > Edit button > bottom of the page.

Turn on the groups setting for this tenant's extension from under /dom_groups.htm
You should be able to see it under "calls" then.

Shouldn't that setting take care of the outbound CLI according to what is set on that ACD when dialling out itself?
Not sure if we're talking about the same thing.
