The base station for that phone should usually work with the latest version of the PBX 68.0.3. Have you tried the 68.0.3 version yet?

Please make sure your settings look exactly like this, and then try this again.

Are the file grp2613 and grp263x different? Have you tried to provision the phone before making any changes?

Because it might work, with only a few changes needed?

You can simply add this section inside the file pnp_grandstream.xml and then save and reboot the PBX service as suggested earlier.

Also make sure that below setting is turned on. See image.

You have to take off (copy) all the customizations, backup the PBX directory, upgrade the PBX, and then put the files back in (in accordance with the how the PBX will accept those files) to keep the customizations from going away.

And give a+rx permission to the pbxctrl after renaming them both and see if that works?

What does that entail? Not sure what that means.

But you can download the entire domain by clicking on the download button next to it's name from under /reg_domains.htm

Have you also tried from the incognito window of the Chrome?

Your user portal also has all the permissions approved for it that it asked for right?

Do you have a local firewall on your windows machine that you can turn completely off and try again?

If you're trying the android app, make sure you also try from LTE instead of wifi. Hope it's on latest android OS, PBX and android app version (4.0.15)
