  1. Hi, We just tried this out on the 60.0.1 version build date March 12th and we do not see this issue. The domain admin can view all the Extensions, Auto attendants and Hunt Groups. Even the call logs are visible. Did you restart the system after you changed the dial plan to false?
  2. Hi, You have to follow the same steps: 1) Setting called "rest_show_passwords" in the pbx.xml if you set it to "true". 2) Restart the PBX. 3) Use this REST API command 'sudo curl -u admin:password GET -D - http://127.0.0.1/rest/domain/<domain>/user_settings/<account>'
  3. Hi, Yes the REST API would be easier. Please check out this page https://vodia.com/pbxapi/extensions_api If you need strictly only the list of extensions then you can use this command we just made: curl -ku admin:password GET -D - https://<PBX_DOMAIN_NAME_OR_IP>/rest/domain/<DOMAIN_NAME/extensions
  4. Hi, Yes, that can be simulated by using the software called "Postman" Or you can get chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-agent-switcher-for-c/djflhoibgkdhkhhcedjiklpkjnoahfmg?utm_source=gmail
  5. Hi, Well, we don't have that exact model in the lab as it's not used much so we tested on the closest one. Which would you like us to test it on, closest to that one?
  6. Hi, We tested it on snom300-SIP 8.7.3.25.9
  7. Hi, Looks like it worked on our 60.0 over here. Maybe you can switch the firmware on the phone and try it again? Flash the phone, switch the PBX into the incognito mode, reboot the phone and then it should show up in the LAN devices.
  8. Hi, Yes, thanks for bringing that to our attention. We will look into this.
  9. Hi, Is the PBX server on the LAN as well? What do you see in the Admin level 9 logs ? If everything is correctly setup you should see the devices in the Admin > Phones > Lan devices. Hope you have gone through this page https://vodia.com/doc/pnp_lan_prov
  10. Hi, Can you send us both the numbers, so that we can test it on our 60.0 here with your dial plan mentioned above? +6421NNNNNN and +6427NNNNNNN ?
  11. Hi, Yes we can reproduce the issue about the "yes" option not saving after a refresh on 60.0 as well. Regarding the drop down option additions, we will have to get back to you on that.
  12. Hi, Yes we can reproduce this issue. We will look into this and get back to you. Although Snom phones do receive the pages correctly (on version 60.0). But don't upgrade though. If you are looking to upgrade to 60.0 contact us on support@vodia.com and we will pass over the instructions to you.

    Mini PC

Hi, Unfortunately, those are not available anymore but you can get a raspberry pi 3 and install the PBX software on it.
  14. Hi, As of now there are no plans of making only one agent ring and not the others, but we dont see any harm in other agents ringing all together as well. If the 1st agent is not picking in the first 10 secs then he/she wont pick later either. If anything, it just makes sure all the agents feel included
  15. Hi, Can you make sure you have the "boxed" setting set to "read from system and domain" like the image attached below.
  16. Hi, You can send the license code to us on the ticket that you have open with us, or you can send them to us in private message here along with your registered email ID.
  17. Hi, You can refer to this link and make all the alterations you would like https://vodia.com/doc/appearance
  18. Hi, Thanks for letting us know. We will look into this.
  19. Hi, Could you let us know which step are you stuck on? The process is exactly as it is shown on the links that you shared.
  20. Hi, If developers deems this to be a good fit, they will add it to the builds in the future. Duly noted.
  21. Hi, Yes you should be able to do that from your windows settings (preferably VLC player). But make sure the audio output that it gives out is in the format expected above. Maybe these links could help: 1) https://www.wikihow.com/Use-VLC-to-Stream-Audio-and-Video-to-Multiple-Computers-on-Your-Network-Using-Multicast 2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InxO6tviZOE
  22. Hi, Firstly you will have to contact Grandstream (or whoever you bought the phones from) and get the credentials for the using the GAPS and then provide those credentials on the PBX in the page seen above. Then you have to add the MAC addresses of the devices to be tied up with the PBX on the GAPS server, so complete the process.
  23. Hi, Do you mean if we have settings to for "redirection provisioning server" on the PBX itself? Then yes we do and you can find it on reg_pnp_settings.htm page. It looks like below.
  24. Hi, In the latest version we have options like "Live Playback", "Play recorded message", "Play wav file" in the paging group. Did you try that yet?
  25. Hi, As long as your file is in 8Khz, Mono, Wav file format it should work fine for you.
