  1. Hi Vodia Teams, I have few items that I'm not familiar on SBC; 1. Can anynode SBC software be install in the same cloud server as Vodia has? 2. I have follow the steps article in https://doc.vodia.com/docs/integrating-anynode-with-vodia-pbx, but the status of the anynode trunk under Vodia admin portal : SIP Trunk the trunk status doesnt get 200 OK. How can I achive or correct or locate this? * Anynode SBC software is install in same server (Linux) the vodia sitting in. 3. Is Certificate & private is a must to be set in SBC ? 4. Can the certificate & private key from Vodia admin portal be download and apply in item 3 ? *Page Settings -> Certificates. Thanks in advance
  2. Hi support team, Thank you for the steps. I manage to get the audio transcribed. There is another question, where is the text stored? does it stored in CDR? and how can I configured it to get the transcribed text? Also, does it support other languages? if yes can guide me document steps to do it? Thanks
  3. I've refer the steps as per the link : https://doc.vodia.com/docs/voicemailtranscription. Is there any other document required ? please help me share the link for me to refer. Yes have applied it under Messaging-notification menu at field Google Speech-to-Text. as per link above. Our Vodia server platform is at version 67.0.5. No, I did not press reset. Is this step required?
