Hello, I just bought and installed BRIA 5 from Counterpath, and I would like to know how it is possible to associate the presence status of BRIA 5 with the status of VODIA PBX. In the settings of the SIP account in the BRIA softphone, I have set the Presence tab to mode: Presence agent (I also tried with peer to peer) Interval: 30 S (I tried more and less) Interval of news: 1800 S When I change the status in BRIA, busy for example, on a post that uses webrtc, so in web mode, I am not seen in busy. In addition there is no IM icon to allow Chat. Is it really possible: between BRIA and Web mode? I bought and installed BRIA, because I was told it was doable. Thank you for your help and feedback. Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter et d'installation BRIA 5 de Counterpath, et je voudrais savoir comment il est possible de pouvoir associer le status de présence de BRIA 5 avec le statut de VODIA PBX. Dans les paramètres du compte SIP dans le softphone BRIA, j'ai bien paramétré l'onglet Présence sur mode : Agent de présence (j'ai aussi essayé avec peer to peer) Intervalle : 30 S (j'ai essayé plus et moins) Intervalle d'actu : 1800 S Quand je change le statut dans BRIA, en occupé par exemple, sur un poste qui utilise le webrtc, donc en mode web, je ne suis pas vu en occupé. De plus il n'y a pas l'icone d'IM pour permettre de Tchatter. Est ce vraiment possible : entre BRIA et le mode Web ? J'ai acheté et installé BRIA, parce qu'il m'a été dit que c’était faisable.
