  1. When I enable the log level 9 I see below error.

    Is it because pbx is getting +16466535719 for variable {from}? Can this be a case? Our vendor does not except to send SMS with leading +. I should be 11 digit number like 16466535719. what would be the solution?

  2. Hi All, I'm using Vodia version 67. I'm using IVR Node Action URL to send text messages. In Action URL Message Body if I set "from=13159612166&to=16466535719&body=Thank you." so I can successfully send text messages out to 16466535719. But If I add

    "from=13159612166&to={from}&body=Thank you." now not able to send text messages. when I see the logs, this is what I see. For first example log shows below

    from=13159612166&to=16466535719&body=Thank you.


    With above example message sent successfully.

    for second example logs show below.

    from=13159612166&to=%2b16466535719&body=Thank you.

    Not able to send message with above example.

    I think when I put {from} it's adding %2b before the caller ID number "16466535719". Please be noted I've assigned a DID to IVR node and when I call to that DID from "16466535719" it happen. Please advise.

  3. Hi, I've Vodia version 67 and I'm using VoipInnovation to send text messages from Vodia and it's working fine. One of client requested that they want this solution. For example caller call to auto-attendant and press option 2, once he press option 2 he would receive a predefined text message. How we can achieve this?

  4. Hi All, I'm using Vodia 66.0.6. I've some concerns about Agent Group call back feature.

    1) When caller press 1 or other key to left the number for the call back, as soon as caller press the key system hang-up the call. Instead system should announce the confirmation or repeat the caller number or give caller option to change the number if they want. None of them exist, please advise.


    2) When system initiate the call back, agent see call is coming from *55(Agent Group Number), agent pickup the call and system announce 1 and upon pressing 1 system start calling to numbers have left for the call back. The odd this is while system is connecting call to caller agent do not hear any ring back tone, it's complete silent and suddenly connected to the caller. Instead while call is ringing to caller agent should hear the ring back tone or some sort of tone.


    3) When call back made, agent do not know to whom call is connected? Atleast agent should know to whom system is calling.


    4) At end of call agent must need to press # to mark that call as completed. Is there a way to avoid it? If somehow agent forgot to press # system again call to the same number.


    Please advise.

  5. Hi, I'm using Vodia version 63.0.5. I'm trying to integrate it with Zoho CRM and getting below error.

  6. I've a client having below requirements. Caller call on a DID listed on PBX. It plays an auto-attendant message and ask for "for billing, press 2", when caller press 2, system should send a predefined text message to caller number. How can I achieve this?
