Hi Guys, I've Vodia PBX version 60.0.3. I provisioned Polycom SoundPoint IP 550 and it get provisioned. But when I try to link Buttons for BLF it's not provisioning buttons configuration. I've tested on version 5.3.2 and it works perfect, please advise.

Just now I tested on CISCO CP-8851-3PCC, and attached are TLS logs. Please check.

I'm testing on SPA 504G, but not registering. TLS logs does not say anything, only SIP logs are like this;
[7] 22:25:34.436 SIP: Connection from 100.166.172.19:5067 closed Also I tested the same phone on TLS on old version 3.4 and it works fine. Only after 3.4 upgrade till now it's not getting register.

I tested the same cisco phone on freepbx at TLS and it works perfect.

I've Yealink and Grandstream they works on TLS as well but only Cisco is not working.

Hi, I've Cisco 504G and Cisco-CP-8851-3PCC both are registering on UDP and TCP but not on TLS. I've version 60.0.3 and TLS port is 5061. Please advise.

Hi, I've turned on webclient logging to 9 and 8 but do not see any log about fresh-book authentication.

Hi I've upgraded to version 62.0 but still it's not generating email when I run a test. Have you tested in your environment? Also I tried to integrate it with fresh book but it didn't work too. I do not have account at https://my.freshbooks.com though we have hosted domain from fresh book like https://voip.freshbooks.com. I've URL and Auth Token from fresh book and I enter correctly under fresh book option. I also put the values in Monthly billing and run test but it's not sending email as well not creating any invoice at fresh book. Please advise.

That works. Also in 5.3.2 version I think there is a bug, In monthly billing if I put the email and run the test it's not generating email. Though I've 5.2.5 version and it works fine. Please advise.

Hi, I'm using Vodia 5.3.2 version and I want to integrate it with freshbook. I was reading the doc https://doc.vodia.com/billing and I found I need to generate a token to authenticate PBX with Freshbook. When I click here https://vodia.com/en/freshbooks to generate token it says page not found. Please allow how can I integrate PBX with freshbook?

Great that works. Here is one more thing. If I use my email to to receive CDR, on each call I receive two emails one is Direction "I" and other is "O" either call is inbound or outbound. Please advise

What can be a problem in html input while I am adding "mailto:rakeshkumar@yahoo.com" and you can see it in the attachment it's red cross and not allowing to save it.

Hi, I am using vodia 60.0.3 version. I was trying to add my email in CDR URL under domain setting as "mailto:rakeshkumar@yahoo.com" but somehow system is not allowing me to dot it. On version 5 it's fine. Please advise.

You did not understand at all. I know what you are talking about. Please read below again may be you get the point.
"How can we forward calls to another SIP address. Suppose we have two Vodia PBX's server "A" and "B". A is running on IP 215.200.200.100 and B is running on IP 215.200.200.101. I've created a domain on Server "A", there are 10 extensions created and each extension has individual DID. The same set-up I've created at Server "B". From carrier all DID's are being routed to server "A". Now I want to receive calls at server "B" instead "A". How can I create a link between two PBX's to forward call as it is to other server?"

How? To who trunk should register? Also from Server "A" how we should forward calls to "B"?

Redirection should be as the same as calls are coming to server "A". Suppose if DID A is assigned to Auto-attendant on Server "A" it should come to the same auto-attendant at server "B". If DID B is assigned to Hunt Group at server "A" is should also come to the same Hunt Group created a server "B". Basically I want everything should be come to server "B" instead server "A" but the behavior should be as like at server 'A".

Hi Guys,
I've Vodia version 60.0.3. I configured cisco phones on them. Now I want to use share line feature on them. suppose there are two phone A and B. Phone A get a call and put that call on hold, a button should blink on phone B and by pressing that button he should be able to retrieve that hold call. I'm using same feature on snom phones and it's working perfect but do now know how can I achieve it on Cisco. Please advise.
