  1. Thanks. I have changed parameter yesterday and quite stable till now. I will keep monitor and update if i have issue again.
  2. There is no trace log for inbound call when issue started. As i said outgoing calls are working. No need funds for inbound calls here. It is free. Issue resolving once i click save button on Voida SIP trunk. Strange ha?
  3. Hi This is new Windows installation and all firewalls are disabled. We have experiencing ONLY inbound sip calls are stopped working and then we need to go to SIP trunk and click save button to resolve this issue. All the time outbound calls are working. Any advice?

  5. Hi I am sorry to asking stupid question . Voida PABX is on AWS. So EC2 has its own DNS Address mapped to it's public IP. So i used EC2 DNS address to set on domain name. is that correct.?? Please see screen shots.
  6. Yes. I did. I followed the youtube for install vodia on AWS. so all ports openned when i i created EC2. Also checked ports again manually.

  9. Hi There I have a ssimilar issue on aws server. I can ring to voice mail. Or select options. But welcome greeting is silent. I uploaded file on AA ivr tab section. There is no help page of ivr tab parameters. However I can play uploaded file using play button on the page. Not sure what name should i set for default file name. wav File was uploaded into *98XXX*1 Thank you.
  10. Hi I'm sorry, i was trying to undestand how this certificate issue work snd troubleshoot. I used dns name of my aws server and it did not work even dns quarry resolved. I don't have own dns and vodia is sitting in the aws public ip.

  12. Thanks I reset it and i got all certificates back. But i am still struggling to get certificate to use https I changed domain name to voice.volladotelcom.xyz to see any luck and still same issue. I have attached screen captures of my system and please point out me from where i starts troubleshooting. Logfiles does not give more details to understand exact issue.
  13. Yes. I deleted all certificate except vodia root CA. Is there anyway, i can import all default certificates or upload only DST Root CA X3?
  14. Hi, 1. We suppose you're using https for the user portal - http I'm still struggling to setup https and didnt work yet. Vodia is setup on aws. 2. Is the mic / speaker access been allowed to the user portal (via the pop up options that it gives) ? -pc mic /speakers are all good. - i can not hear ringing tone on web client when receiving the call or no any indication.but other party hear the ring back and goes to voice mail. When i made a call from web client to other partu then no ring back tone or ringing at all on other party. Just hang on web client says dialing mode until i discount the call. 3. Are you able to hear the other party and calls are being completed fine? - Nope 4. Please switch to incognito window on Chrome to try this too. - tried. Same issue. You can always generate ringbacks from the trunk settings if the Trunk isn't providing it, from under our trunk settings. - when same account assign to windows client or mobile client is working. - i was trying to make call for internal extension using web client.   15. Hi I followed the steps of video and certificate was not created. I'm using AWS and using vodia Version 65.0.8 free licence for POC. Already enabled port 80/443 I changed localhost domain name into AWS domain as i don't have licence to create multiple domains. See error messages on the logfile. Also now my windows client also not working due to new changes to localhost. Please advice.   16. Hi I am new to Vodia. I installed Vodia on AWS. But i haven't install any certificates yet. I used vodia mobile client and windows client to make calls. No issue. But when i use web base client, i can not hear RBT or ringing when i dial out. It looks like no RTP /signalling towards to PABX. I don't believe issue was on AWS access ports. Because i can use mobile client and windows client without any issue. Already open port 80/443 as well. Please show me some direction to troubleshoot this issue.
  17. Hi I am new to Vodia PABX. I installed vodia on AWS and trying to access public IP using https. I can access public IP url without https So how can i install default vodia root CA to use https ? when i using vodia mobile client, it says "invalid server certificate on PABX" and then i can log into extension. Thank you
