Hi, the user is not an agent group, SMS ANI is set in the extension as well as inbound DID for the account # (e.g 1001 xxx-xxx-xxxx) Thanks. -
Hi, IF one of the support folks can help with inbound SMS through Telnyx, i have followed all the required configuration, outbound works fine but inbound SMS. followed all the steps at https://blog.vodia.com/telnyx_vodia_sms but with no hope. Thanks. Kareem
