Is/was this an option to have a Teams extension as a SIP registration point to a PBX? Or am I reading it wrong?

I have as well, but I'd rather it not end up as a job... as more people are using apps this can only become more frequent and add to housekeeping.

If you have a business mobile and potentially have more than one employee they may not want to use their personal mobiles to manage business chat..

there has been some more talk of WebRTC issues ... so far ours seem to be ok, we are using PBX V68.0.30 and Windows app 6.1.6 ... I did notice that the store still has an old version listed, it would be good to be able to see what the latest is rather than guess ..

... I'm not sure V69 should be regarded as holding this particular banner! I much prefer the V68 'look'. The lower save button is hidden unless you have the app in full screen. The 2 save buttons are very confusing... ....and what is the 'emergency call' all about on V69 Windows app when I select the profile (top right) then click to close ??

Ideally each tenant will have an individual SMS config with the ability for inbound/outbound to/from a group of users. If a website has a mobile contact for sms and needs to be monitored by multiple people...

confirmed working on V69.2.3 ... but we are not using that version and wont be in the immediate future. Something has changed very recently...

We only get them if the app is open on screen, not if it is closed. It looks to be a pretty recent development, pretty sure it was working over the weekend (or at least late Friday). Still a few too many issues with V69 just yet to move our prod system over...

We are missing calls, if you have the app closed the calls wont ring it, you need to have it open. What has changed?

I changed the SIP server to include the port 5061 and seems ok...

anything tricky setting up a GXP2170 to register using TLS? I set SIP port to 5061 and TLS/TCP, but it wont register. UDP and TCP are fine on 5060. The firmware 1.0.11.56 notes on GS: Fixed Device registration issue with TLS to Vodia (with LetsEncrypt TLS Certificate) I have that installed and also tried later versions 1.0.11.74

Why are there 2 'save' buttons on this page? One for the picture and another for the data... can it not be a single button for both? We have had a few calls now with people making changes and they are not 'saved' ... I need to tell them to use the save button on the bottom of the page. Especially when the top save button is the only one immediately visible when updating the web password..

Thanks. Nothing special that I can see as far as the country code ... is just set at 61. Dialling from the Teams app to an internal extension shows as +xxx in call history, a returned call then tries to dial +xxx.

I can call from Teams to any number ok, it is returning internal calls from Teams app to non teams app (vodia desk top app). The returned call is to +xxx not xxx. I can manually dial xxx and get the Teams app fine. Ideally I would like the PBX to strip the + off inbound 3 digit number.. good point.

PBX V68.0.30 Calls from Teams extensions internally show as +xxx, returned calls fail, I assume thinking they are dialling international numbers. How can I manage these? I can dial xxx and get to the Teams app, but not if I return the call from history. Is there a dial plan option to remove the leading + on 3 digit numbers? This is in the release notes for V68... Added Teams incoming call formatting (removing + or +CC if present) in order to find a local account even if the call comes from a non-mapped Teams extension.

yep. I wanted to avoid that ... need to remember to update multiple locations if we make changes.

is it possible to have the MS Teams application use the Vodia hold music and not the default MS setup?
