Ring duration on my Trunk side was set to 25sec. I changed it to 60sec and now it is working. Thank you

Hello, I am new to Vodia PBX and trying to configure it. issue I am having is; when I am recieving incoming calls it hangsup before it reaches voicemail. If I reduce the "Time until mailbox picks up" to 20 sec or less it works. Default or 30sec or more does not work, call disconnects with busy signal after ringing. Am I missing any settings?
